I had a fantastic experience with Eli and Bar when they helped me with a mold remediation project in my home. From the very beginning, they were incredibly thorough and professional. They started by running some tests to identify exactly what type of mold we were dealing with, which gave me a lot of confidence that the problem was to be handled appropriately.

Once the results came in, they carefully removed the affected drywall and made sure everything was safely contained and sanitized. After the remediation was complete, they handled the full build-back as well, restoring my closet and bathroom so it looked even better than before! The entire project took about 10 days from the inital visit to the final walkthrough.

What really impressed me was how organized and transparent the entire process was. Eli and Bar walked me through every step so I always knew what was happening and why. They were professional, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. They also worked with me to come to a fair price for the entire project, which I very much appreciated.

What I especially liked was that he was not pushy nor condescending - which some are because I’m a female. He also kept in touch. Had an appointment with Bar from BD Home renovation and he filed to show. This is a one hour drive for me one way to my commercial property. this failing to show wasted 2 hours of my day.

I allowed a reschedule of the missed appointment to this past Sunday, a very valuable day for me. Once again Bar failed to show on time and when he finally showed up, he was 1 hour late.

This in itself would be bad but on the heels of standing his client up earlier, I would expect him to be waiting for me when I pulled up.

I allowed him to rewrite an estimate for some construction and paintwork and thought he would be expedient to make up for his punctuality shortcomings, but I sit here in front of my computer with no emails from this company.

Needless to say, I'm probably not going to be doing business with a. company who I cannot depend on.
