They put a roof on, complete tear down and had to fix my electrical panel box that someone else had started. Completed project in 2days and passed city inspection. Avraham is very responsive and his team does good work. Will use them again in the future if I need something done.

My wife and I had been looking for a good contractor for a while, but we just could not find one that was in our budget. We were working with HIC Builders and they gave us the best service at the best price. They really are great to work with.

I am very pleased with the work done by Hic builders. Our initial contact was Josef. He came out and gave us a fair price to replace a wood fence, patio cover, and deck. Materials were sourced and brought in without delay despite supply shortages. My dad is a civil engineer and he noted the wood to be of good quality. He and his workers showed up daily, on-time until the project was completed. Every day the work area was left tidy and cleaned up. We live in a townhome. The only access to the backyard is through the front door and living area. His team covered our furniture and flooring. We will definitely call on Hic Builders in the future and recommend others to do the same.

We completely renovated and remodeled our detached garage & studio into a permitted ADU with 2 bedrooms, a bath, and a full kitchen / great room (living room) in Semi Valley.

We had an excellent experience with Dan and his team. From the beginning, Dan was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous with our budget. We are absolutely delighted with our entire experience as we found the whole team professional and transparent. We appreciated the advice and recommendations Dan gave us on what to splurge on, and when to hold off on spending for something that may not be worth it.

Dan was at our project site weekly, checking on progress, and details, preparing us for what was coming next, and when to order the necessary cabinetry, tile, hardware (etc). He was on top of all the logistics and details. Very communicative, and available when we needed him. He listed what was important to us and truly helped us bring our vision to life.

We picked HIC because of how thorough AJ was when he came to give us an estimate to redo our front yard and expand our driveway. Throughout the whole process he was responsive and communicative without being pushy. The crew (Moses and the rest of the guys) were always professional and respectful, and gave us some good landscaping ideas. They work fast and well. I would deduct 0.25 stars just because it said in our contract we’d choose gravel and stones from a catalog but we didn’t get to. Luckily we really liked what they showed up with, so we didn’t make a big deal of it. All in all we’re very satisfied and will for sure use them again.

My wife and I hired HIC to come in gut renovate our newly purchased home in Sherman Oaks. They respond very quickly through texts. It was our first renovation, so we knew nothing. They guided us through everything and didn’t take advantage of the fact we didn’t know anything. We also like their crew. Renovation is not an easy task, but you will be in good hands with this guys.

We had a large, heavy, dark, termite infested wood patio cover. We had it removed and Abraham and his team replaced it with this light, airy, elitewood aluminum cover. He raised it a little to give us a taller ceiling making it feel more open. We couldn’t be happier.

We were in the market for a new driveway for our RV.

Avraham and his whole crew work tirelessly to rebuild our home. It is very old and we have been doing one project at a time to stay within our budget. HIC has helped us to achieve this everytime. Yes, we have used their services more than once. I recommend them, as they have listened and been there every step of the way. I don't have any pictures at the moment. But will update this review when I do. The before and after pics are amazing. We have done roof, ceilings, foundation, paint, new windows and doors.
