Plumber before them could not figure out what was going on or fix the problem. All the outside drains were backing up into the house. Robert and Erik showed up on time, explained and cleared up everything, and solved the problem. Couldn’t ask for more.

These guys are amazing! We had a list of problems with our plumbing system, water softener drainage, sinks, facets, etc. We called them late in the day on Wednesday with our list! On Thursday morning at 8 am they came, took a look at everything and gave us a very clear quote/plan! We agreed on the price and by about 2pm on Friday, everything was fixed to perfection! They even vacuumed our carpets and cleaned everything behind themselves as they went through the list! I mean when they left, you couldn't even tell there had been any work done! I mean that clean!

Once again Edgar from A+plumbing didn’t disappoint!! Had used him before on water heater job and now an emergency slab leak in my rental! Came with all the proper equipment to pin point leak and made sure all was protected before starting demolition work! Took care of all protection and completed job without any cleanup to be left for tenant! Very pleased with work and how accurate your detection was A+plumbing! I’ve used Roberts Plumbing several times for my repair needs and he was wonderful. He was on time, professional and completed the repair quickly. I would highly recommend him.

Robert has come out to help us with plumbing issues three times in the last three years or so, and every time he has been a complete pro. One visit was to trace a drain pipe with a camera, once to clean out a clogged main and once to jet out a drain.

All three times: He arrived when he said he would. He talked through the issue, asking questions to make sure he understood before diving in and opening up pipes -- and he listened to the answers. We've had other plumbers who didn't listen -- they already "knew" the problem before walking in the door. Robert listened, explained what he was going to do, then did it.

He quoted an hourly rate up front for each task, and he stuck to it -- no add-ons, no up-sells, no surprises. We're three-for-three when calling Robert's Plumbing, and while I hope we never need to call him again, I trust that if we do, he'll come through again.
