Highly recommend. Had a clogged toilet and they were here within an hour and had it fixed . Always very respectful and polite.

Johnny was extremely helpful on the phone. Anthony was actually dispatched to the call and fixed our leak flawlessly!

Our hot water heater of fifteen years was no longer working, and Johnny and his team did a great job replacing it. We reached out to them on a Saturday, and they were here the next day, Sunday. Johnny and his workers are friendly, competent and approachable. My son and I watched them do some of the work, and they were perfectly ok with it. They even offered us some beef jerky 😊 Most importantly, they did a terrific job, and now we’ve got hot water!

Johnny came out to fix a waterline break for backyard irrigation around 5:00 PM. Capped off the line to get house water back on. Gave me a quote and came back the next morning to fix it. He explained everything along the way. I ask for a few extras and he gave me a new quote and even beat that price in the end. He was very honest with me.

Johnny at Xpress one plumber does great work at a great price. Had a bathtub drain clogged and he was out the next day, had it snaked and cleaned in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I recommend Xpress One Plummer to my son when he had a plumbing emergency thinking they were the service I had used in 2024. It turned out when I found my papers it was a different plumbing service. I had a flooding in my bathroom shortly after with a frozen turnoff, and they came out within an hour and I was able to experience the best professional plumbers you could wish for. They have outstanding communication skills, they are family owned and treat you like family. Johnny Miranda took time to explain what was needed, and why. Cost was more than reasonable. Clean up and drying out was done. Luis Otzoy left everything spotless. I am elderly and they treated me like family that means a lot. I will use them again if a plumbing need arises.

It was hard to see water again under the bathroom vanity! Towels soaked strangely and this happened about 2 months ago with no indication where the water came from. So, I called and Joe came and found the problem in no time. After replacing the proper fitting and clean up, he said that he wasn't charging me!! really, such a blessings!! Thank you Joe, your the best.

Five stars all round . The company was prompt , actually arrived earlier then the estimated time. When the crew arrived the next day everyone was great they finished sooner than expected. I really can't say enough about them.

I have used Tim and his company a number of times for both major and minor to medium clogs. They have also done repairs for me as well and work is always great. Highly recommend.

This company is professional, honest and skilled. Being a family owned business they don't charge the extreme prices bigger companies do to cover their overhead. The communication is great and they did what was contracted and in the time frame they promised. Will definitely use again!!
