I had a main line clog or blockage. Tim answered quickly heard me out and told me someone would be able to meet me later in the day to take a look. They walked me thru the process and told me my options. Now my shower and toilet water is going down and I am so grateful. His communication throughout the whole project is on point. I am usually quite skeptical when I see only 5 star reviews on a business but I'll be damned if they didn't prove why. Not only did they respond quickly to the original call but also found the root cause of my issue rather than just fixing the symptom I originally called about. It was a large job but they got the right people out and on it the very next day. It was a multi-day job but they made sure that I would still be able to use water after they were gone for the day by setting up some temporary piping. The job also required them to go through a brick walkway which they also repaired afterward to look just like it did before. These are definitely going to be my go-to guys for any plumbing needs.

Awesome company!! Can’t say enough great things about Tim and American Drain. We had some severe blockages in our outdoor drains and Tim came out right away to help. He cleared out the blockages in the front leading to the street and then also came to the back and made sure all our backyard drains were cleared in time for the rains. Thanks Tim! I want to recommend Tim Bradon and American Drain Company. We recently had to have some major plumbing work done at our home and the entire team was amazing. Our poor old house has a history of plumbing issues and we have had many plumbing companies in over the years. While they were all good, Tim and ADC were far superior! They replaced the main from the house to the street. They were fast (we were only without water for about an hour or so) and the front yard looks exactly like it did when they started. You can't even tell they were there!

Tim the owner and Alex and his crew did a magnificent job on rerouting my kitchen line and adding a clean out in front of my yard. Unfortunately, Tim discovered my sewer line needed to be replaced as well. He showed me with his camera how bad it was. It was almost completely blocked, broken at some instances and saw root intrusions. That was why my toilets where not flushing right. Although it ended up costing much more than we expected with the original job of rerouting the kitchen line, we were glad we did it with this company. I originally contacted the plumbing company we usually goto, but we did not like how they would have done the job. They would not have done trenchless pipes. Instead would have to break my driveway to lay the pipes and break though my bathroom floors to install the new sewer line. Alex the foreman, and his crew went the extra mile and dug at least a 5-6-foot hole and tunnel 7 feet under my concrete foundation to get to both of my bathrooms to install the trenchless sewer line underneath the foundation to the main sewer line in the street. The only time they came into my house was to install 2 new toilets (thank you for both of them by the way :)). After the job was done, they did an excellent job at making sure to leave my house looking like they were never there and providing us with as little of an inconvenience as possible. They did great job of putting back the grass where they dug out the trench on my lawn in which Alex watered every day to keep it alive. Tim thank you for giving us the confidence with choosing your company and Alex for going above and beyond what others would not do. We will recommend this company to others.

Tim and his whole crew are incredible and extremely professional. I had a leak under the house in the concrete and he and his team were prompt to locate, fix, and repair everything. 10/10 service and will be using their services again for some backyard drains.

Tim and his crew are fantastic. We called them for hydrojetting and camera inspection after the recent hurricane hit LA and our backyard flooded. He diagnosed a much larger issue of damage and clogging due to roots, and walked me through the whole process of what needed to be repaired. They fixed the whole issue in no time. I could not be happier with their work. Precise, professional, and swift.

I've had Tim and his crew do everything from clear a clogged drain to a full reroute of my sewer line around the perimeter of my house. He's always responsive to calls/texts, and shows up on time and is honest about what needs to be done while offering competitive rates.

Tim came out initially to work on our sewer line which was clogged and also needed to install a new clean out. While he was inspecting the rest of the system he found some more damaged area, I asked him to just replace it all. He kept the same time frame for the completion of the job even though I added more work. I was really impressed with Tim and his crew. I highly recommend Tim and American Drain Company.

Out of all the repairs we’ve done to our house in the past year, I can say that American Drain Company was the easiest to work with because they communicate to you step by step what’s going to happen which, Tim’s team executes. We did have issues with our drains because a lot of debris and tree roots were clogging it up, which is why we called them. They also dug up the cement for us, all in all the job took 2 days! They are also a great clean up crew, always left it clean whenever they were done for the day

I just had most of my external drainage system replaced by Tim and his excellent team of workers and am highly satisfied. Just about every pipe was found to be crushed, split and/or packed with roots and completely blocked. I chose this company based on the many rave reviews on Nextdoor and Yelp and I'm glad I did. Tim, the owner, came over almost immediately when I first called and tried to put a video camera into the pipes but it wouldn't go through. His diagnosis was, indeed, correct: pipes stuffed like a cigar with roots! His team of workers came each day on time and worked hard digging up everything and replacing it all back like it never happened. It took almost two weeks and wasn't, needless to say cheap, but considering all the work and time it took, his pricing was quite fair. American Drain Company is a local, family run business which is well worth a call if you need any drain system work.

I was referred to Tim a few years ago and has been my go to plumber ever since. Been a pleasure working with them! Tim and his team are responsive and very knowledgeable. I have an older home that has had a lot of problems over the years and the crew has always taken care of them right away. Whether it’s been my sewer acting up, needing hydrojetting services or needing to descale the old cast iron they have always been efficient.

Tim and his crew at American Drain were amazing. Completely professional, honest and total rock stars. We had a serious sewer issue, that a previous company has screwed us on, and Tim came out immediately, explained and showed us the problem, gave us a fair price and completed the job in 1 1/2 days, which included digging up quite a bit of the yard. When they were done, it was like they were never there. They left our property in better condition than when they arrived. I've been a home owner for 30 years and would never use another company other than American Drain.

We've had major issues with our landscape drains since we moved in a couple of years ago. I've had a couple other local plumbing outfits to work on plumbing and landscape drain issues, both of which were overpriced did mediocre work. Tim came out to clean the drain, ran the camera (without having to ask), and used his finder tool to determine the exact locations and lengths of two breaks in pipes. He was on time, easy to deal with, his quote was very reasonable, and his team had a pretty big job done right in two days. A big thank you to Tim for a job well done.

After talking, we were able to have him come over to the house to take a look, before he left he gave us an estimate that was right within our budget. When we started working, whatever concerns I had, he had got it addressed right away. The job needed a whole pipe bursting drain replacement. Tim’s crew were hard at work from start to finish.
