Robert came over to Hydrojet my outdoor drains that were poolside and out to the street. He was able to pinpoint areas where we had busted pipe. Pipe was repaired and he Hydrojetted the remaining area. His was work was thorough and his expertise was appreciated. Would recommend and bring back for additional work.

Robert pulled the gnarliest hairball out of my tub, yuck! He was very communicative and is super friendly. I would def use again

Robert spoke to me directly this morning when I called, letting me know when he could arrive at our house to repair an outside leak. He followed up with a phonecall a half hour before arriving, came and assessed the situation, got to work and completed the job, digging to repair outdoor pipes. He said "It's going to get messy!" but he repaired the big leak and cleaned up beautifully!
He's courteous, communicates well, and does a great job.

We had a main drain backing up and Robert came out the same day to fix with very short notice. When our main sewer line was not accessible, he was able to find an alternative entry point and successfully snake the line and clear the pipe. All in under an hour. We were very pleased with the service.

I have dealt with a lot of plumbers in the past, but this guy (Robot) and his company, they are sometimes else , very friendly, honest integrity, fast and very clean, their work, exelaint. You can not go wrong. I give a +A. Thank you Ronert.

Robert works quickly and efficiently. Came to my house within an hour of receiving my urgent call. He takes pride in his work, explains all questions thoroughly, and gives you tips on maintenance. Roberts was on time (in fact a bit early) friendly, professional and was fair priced. I was so lucky to find Robert to take care of my plumbing needs! He answered the phone at 6:30 AM and came right out to my home that afternoon. Robert was quick to pick up the phone, get to my house and fix what I thought was going to be a huge problem. I haven't worked with a more honest and skilled plumber! Prior plumbers have come in to only delay work because it's holiday season and quote me for work that didn't need to get done. Robert was a true professional. His reviews were really good, and he actually answered the phone when I called (instead of some calling center like other brand plumbers have). His equipment was in great shape and organized, and Robert knew exactly what to do. The price I paid was exactly what he quoted on the phone and was fair and reasonable. I have been struggling to find a good plumber in the L.A/valley area and now I put Robert in my contacts for future use. He can do any plumbing job and will not try to rip you off.

Robert’s plumbing was the only one available when I needed someone to unclog our outdoor drains, patio was flooded, so by chance we got him.

I wanted hydro jetting and his price by far was better. The way he explained everything made absolutely sense but once we started we found a collapsed pipe, hence the back up.

I asked him to fix it and it wasn’t a problem. He spent time explaining what needed to happen and came back the next day to do the job.

I found him very professional, meticulous, caring and knowledgeable with the work needed. Instead of breaking concrete he routed the pipe through the grass area and got the problem fixed.

Robert showed up on time and did not waste time. He cleaned out the drain thoroughly. He knew exactly what to do. I've used him before for an other property and got the same result. Fix it quick and efficiently.

Really glad we found Robert`s plumbing hydro jet and rooter since they were not only amazingly friendly, helpful and neat but also extremely professional during both inspections they conducted. All the footage was recorded and provided promptly on a USB-stick. Besides, Robert himself provided even a free quote for the repairs which were very price worthy. I hope to work with them soon. Each time we have used Robert he has responded quickly. He is friendly and knowledgable and appears to have all the tools he needs on-hand in his large truck. We have never needed to wait for him to return later. His good attitude is refreshing, and he will continue to be our first call for any plumbing issues.

Our patio and yard drains had been clogged for several years with mud and debris. We had tried rooter services in the past with no success. We called Roberts Plumbing and setup a next day appointment. Robert and his associate Eric showed up on time, reviewed our situation and got to work. I can honestly say their results were amazing. They were able to unclog drains that we thought would never be working again. The hydro jet service really gets the job done! It wasn’t easy but they never gave up. We are so pleased with their results! Robert even called after the last big rain to make sure everything was working properly. Who does this? I strongly recommend Roberts Plumbing for drainage issues. They really get the job done.

Have used Robert twice now for hydrojetting a big property with an old line and consistent root intrusion. I've been quoted less in the past but the job done for that has paled in comparison. People have come and gone often in an hour and even for folks who have taken the time to do camera work etc., no one has been as careful and complete as Robert. This had led in the past to at least 1x per year (not terrible) but often 2 or 3 different companies being called to finally produce the necessary results. The last time Robert did it was almost THREE YEARS ago and I just called now, not because of a problem, but only because I knew I had to be pushing it. I was it turned out. But the point is that his work has been above and beyond for a house I'm going on 10 years with on this issue. Extra points for, after he left, the old yard spigot we were using failed and when I went to close the whole pvc plumbing cracked off in my hands. A huge geyser of water came pouring out. I got Robert back on the phone and he turned around and came and helped me with this for very little and I avoided a MAJOR landscaping and water line shut off until I could fix it headache! Trust this man imho. He'll help you...
