Robert helped us with a plumbing emergency with immediacy we could not have anticipated. He was extremely knowledgeable and troubleshooted issues along the way with creativity in an effort to make his work as easy on us as possible.

Robert is a treasure. He's experienced and really knows what he's doing. He's fixed several problems in my house and in my family's homes and everybody's been happy with him. Plus he's a nice guy and leaves the area cleaner than when he arrived. You can't go wrong with Robert!

Had our drain line from our kitchen sink back up and called out Robert to deal with it. He showed up quickly and was able to fix it and clear it out like it was nothing even though the clean out for it is in a terrible place and not easy to deal with. Would recommend!

Used Robert a couple times for hydrojetting and drain cleaning. He takes the time to explain and show you the issue and gives honest advice about what service is best. Highly recommend for cleaning a clog or for preventative maintenance.

On December 20th 2025, We were subcontracted by Xpress One Plumber to perform an inside slab leak detection. While I was on site, Johnny (the owner) stated he would pay the invoice online with a credit card.

Since completing the work, I have made multiple attempts to contact Johnny and the office by phone and email, and have received no response whatsoever. The invoice remains unpaid despite the service being completed as agreed.

Out of the 450 plumbing companies we subcontract for in LA County this is the first company we've ever had ignore us and not pay an invoice. It is extremely disappointing to perform professional services for another plumbing company and then be completely ignored when it comes time to pay the invoice. Businesses should honor their commitments and pay the contractors they hire.

If this issue is resolved, I will gladly update this review. Until then, I would advise other contractors to be cautious when doing work for this company.

Very professional and knowledgeable of his job!

This was a difficult installation for anyone & took 3 men. The water heater was interior to the home along a narrow hallway & inside a closet next to the furnace. Needless to say - working space was an issue. Express One plumbing did a terrific job to make sure my tenants had hot water by days end. They were timely, efficient & completed the project skillfully. I’ve used Express One in the past & trust them completely so calling on them again was not a difficult decision. Highly recommend this family owned business. Johnny & Luis were hero’s today.

I’ve used Xpress One twice. Once for water heater replacement and again for faucet & pipe repairs in bathroom sink/shower & kitchen. Anthony M was professional, on time, explained all work being done and why it was done. He left my place neat and clean & also when thru the invoice charges with me before payment was made. I also had received either a text or call keeping me updated. Highly recommend & will use again for all plumbing needs. A+ service

It took them more than two hours to fix the faucet. The price I paid was excessive. I’m very disappointed.

Very knowledgeable and affordable

I hired Xpress One Plumber to replace our old water heater with a new tankless water heater. I had seen that some very large rebates were available from So Cal Gas Company, so I made it very clear from day one that I wanted to get that rebate. They told me that I could receive a $1,300 rebate on the unit they would install. The installation was done in December of 2025, and they filled out the rebate paperwork and submitted it for us. A few weeks later, our application was rejected because Xpress One did not provide the original receipt where they purchased the water heater. I contacted the office in early January and was told by Johnny that he would get it for me. For the next 3 months I called the office every 2 or 3 days asking for this information. They always promised me that Johnny would get back to me by the end of the day, but it NEVER happened. Finally, almost 3 months later, he sent me an "invoice copy" of the water heater purchase. It looked like something someone had typed up themselves, but I sent it to the Gas Company. They immediately rejected it. Since then I have been calling their office repeatedly but NEVER getting a call back from anyone. So I am out $1,300.00 and they have offered me nothing for all this trouble. Please be aware that they are not honest people and do not hire them. They definitely DO NOT stand behind their service. Johnny ends every phone call with "Have a Blessed Day" which obviously means nothing to him. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

I see they have posted a reply, which is the first time I have heard from them in months! It sounds just like all the empty promises they made me. Don't fall for it! If you have any problem at all they will completely avoid you and they DO NOT stand behind their work!

We had a backup in our shower and toilet, turns out it was a main sewer line. Johnny came out, ran his sewer snake, got the problem cleared, very efficient. Would recommend to family and friends.

I had a small water leak from the second floor and wasn’t sure who to call. A friend referred me to Xpress One Plumber, and I’m so glad they did. Max showed up quickly, was professional, honest, and got the job done fast. Great service—I don’t know why they don’t have more reviews, but they definitely deserve them!
