Highly recommend! Those guys fixed a major tree root invasion quickly. On time always, easy communication.

I called Troutwine Plumbing for Shower Faucet dripping, 2 guys came in and one guy tried to remove the handle of the faucet with a plier and he could not, then he said we have to replace the whole valve and it costs $1150 and when I said that is too much, he said he wants to charge me $170 for the service call without fixing anything. Those guys are hustlers, they did not even try to use the proper extraction tool to remove the handle and fix the leak. They did not want to do a small job so they go for the bigger job. It is a scam.

Wow horrible customer/receptionist, on a call said "hi is this a plumbing company" because I got this number from a buddy. Than she proceeds to rudely say Troutwine Plumbing with a sigh... RUDE!

Just a brief note to say that the folks at Troutwine Plumbing are honorable and trustworthy. I had a brief interaction with them in Nov-Dec 2023, during which they displayed excellent communication and proactive follow up.

Very responsive and had resolution within 24 hours. They fixed the pipe on a Saturday and actually charged less than the estimate because the problem was not as big as they thought. I am not a plumber and would have paid the higher rate, but they said the job was easier than planned and only charged what was fair. That is amazing, hones and transparent customer service. They are great. Thank you for your wonderful craftsmanship and honest business practices. I will refer my friends to Troutwine!

Have used Troutwine Plumbing twice over the last year. Both experiences were great. Punctual, plumbers called ahead of time to give a heads-up they were en route. Reliable, professional, definitely experts at what they do. Definitely recommend. 👍👍

Great communication: First one to respond to our request to look at our faucets and shower. Always called or text to let us know he was on his way to the house.

Punctual: Both times he came over (1st to assess the problem, 2nd to fix it with the right hardware), on time right on the dot.

Knowledgeable: We explained we had temperature issues with our faucets and showers all throughout the house. He went through a process of elimination, narrowed it down to 1 faucet. Told us to shut off the water to it to narrow down the problem. Left without charging a cent. Unfortunately that didn't solve our problem but did point to a cartridge problem in our showers. He came back with the right parts for replacement later in the week.

Reasonable pricing: I spoke with 3 other plumbers. Ernie not only was able to diagnosed the problem quickly, he spent additional time eliminating other potential problems. His rates were reasonable for the work he did. Showed me the invoice of the parts he bought and didn't upcharge on that either.

An honest, hardworking guy which I will use again for any of my plumbing needs. Thanks Ernie!

...And I have used again to repair a leaky toilet that was dripping through the our ceiling. Quickly diagnosed the issue, provided an estimate on cost before doing anything, agreed on labor cost + parts, showed parts receipt after purchased, fixed the problem without any issues. Thanks Ernie!

We had our dishwasher installed by ER Plumbing. They took the time to make sure it was properly installed, that there were no leaks, and that it was properly leveled. They even identified an issue with the water heater pipe and helped us replace it. They left the area clean and tidy. Overall a great job!

My toilet wasn’t working properly and I was afraid I had to get a new one but I was worried about the cost. I called E.R. Plumbing and he came out right away to assess the problem. He said the problem could be fixed by replacing several small parts and that he would go look for the parts. I was so pleased by his professionalism and honesty. He took care of the problem quickly and the toilet hasn’t given me any problem since. I will definitely be using him in the future again and since then I have recommended him to several friends. They have all had great experiences with him.

I called E.R. Plumbing after trying to do the easy stuff (toilet) and realized that it was more complicated, water supply valve was a mess. Ernie responded very quickly and came out at the time promised. He walked through the issues with me, answered my questions and gave me a price for each item. I even added a second toilet because I felt he was being fare. I was so impressed with his professionalism and strong work ethic. Ernie stayed calm even when there were a few curves thrown at him. He reworked his plan and got it done.
