We had a sewer line backup to the street. The line was clogged by lots of roots.It had been cleared with intense water pressure 6 weeks before but backed up again and the line needed to be bored out and relined. Top Choice sent out a plumber who diagnosed the problem quickly and made a recommendation that we elected to follow. The next day they relined the sewer pipe. I would say that Top Choice was very responsive and upfront about the procedures and the costs. The plumber was very personable and professional, explaining everything along the way. Cleanup was very good. I would recommend this firm to others.

I called Top Choice Plumbing out today becasue I woke up an didn't have hot water. After my cold shower I called them up an they arrived within the next hour. They quoted me a reasonable price to replace my water heater. They showed up went straight to work an had my new hot water heater installed same day. Great service and very professional work. Good job guys

This company is great! My brother needed to replace the sewer pipe and the water pipe from the house to the street. Everyone we dealt with was very professional. The workers on site were excellent at their jobs. It was easy to see they knew exactly what they were doing. And they were at all times courteous and more than willing to answer questions. All the pipes were fixed, everything turned and looked great! I'm glad my brother and I found these guys

The experience with T-Top was amazing as usual, and the price has always been extremely fair. I have used them (and only them) since we moved to Simi in 2002. The quick service repairing the main line to the house and installing the regulator was impressive. Robert and Fidel were awesome. They were friendly and informative and completed the job lickety split. T-Top is highly recommended for anyone looking for plumbing needs of all types.

i had a great experience with t top plumbing co. my water heater's pilot light went out, and even though i got the replacement part from the manufacturer, my usual handyman wasn't sure how to put it in. i checked their website, which had all the info i needed, and when i called, they set me up with an appointment for the next business day. brantley came out right on time, got the new part installed fast, and was really polite the whole time. the price was fair too. i highly recommend them for any plumbing or water heater repairs, and i'll be calling again if i have more plumbing issues.

Called on a Friday (no Hot Water) and setup supposed time for Monday, was promised I'd get a call between 8 and 9am. Nothing on Monday but crickets. FLAKE ALERT! Was forced to use one STAR but I wouldn't give that. ZERO STARS. (Of course I'm still without Hot Water and of course I've already called someone else.)

So a year ago I bought a tankless water heater and a contractor I was using to put ina half bath said they install tankless water heaters. So he was doing a good job on the bathroom so I had him install it. Huge mistake ! 1 year we have been running water into a 5 gallon bucket to take a shower. We didn't want to waste that much water everytinme we showered. I used it for my plants, however my plants started to get over watered. I called in a plumber who checked it out and told me there were a few mistakes, yellow tubing instead of pipes for gas line. Other pipes which had turned blacked in 9/10 months. So I had him fix that and he told me because of the water flow being filled with air the water heater isn't knowing we need water so to run hot water in 2 or 3 spots. We did that but still wasting that 5/6 gallons of water. I called the company and they said something was wrong, so I serched for a specialist that'w were Best choice came in, Then Deven (employee) and now for $925 more I have hot water in seconds instead of 5/7 minutes. On top of that no wasted water. I was so happy I told him I loved him LOLOLOL NOt sure if they are cheap or expensive but this is who I will always use for issues they work on. They don't do all plumbing issues. Thanks so much for my hot water. P.S. Steve even though I never met you, I can tell by your review answers your real, especially when you apologize for not showing up and wasiting a mans time. Thats why I called your company on Tuesday.

My water heater was having lighting issues and the hot water wasn't working. I called Steve and he came within couple of hours. He troubleshooted and fixed the problem without charging anything. Great customer service and professionalism, will highly recommend him.

What Can I say. These things never happen at a convenient time. Made the Call to Best Choice in the morning and got my return call with in the hour. The Tech called when he was 15 minutes out and was on time. He thoroughly checked out my tank-less water problem and we quickly came up with the plan to replace it with a new one as the current one was beyond any repairs. He suggested the corrections needed, that were not done by the original company. These improvements were necessary for the water heater to preform at its maximum efficiency and to maintain it for many years of service. We agreed and set up appointment for later that day.
Later the installer came out and installed the new tank-less water heater and the plumbing improvements needed and all is good. Very clean installation and they left my house look like they were never there. My experience with Best Choice Water Heaters & Plumbing Inc. was perfect. From the first meeting to completion VERY satisfied with the workmanship and professional manner by their staff. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. They are true Professionals.

I'm so grateful to this company not only are the staff professional they are kind the two techs I've dealt with one being Dillon the other I cannot remember his name - these guys are really knowledgeable. This company is no joke they take their business seriously it's proven by their employees. I was dealing with a water heater issue it had been 18 years with my Noritz tankless water heater and never needed even a service but time caught up. The knowledge the techs had was impressive. I went with a non condensating unit not only could they have made more bucks on me they didn't I actually had a larger water heater than I needed and they advised for my unit I could do just fine with a smaller tank also it would function better for my amount of use. Unit was installed withing literally a very short time. This is my go to for all and any plumbing needs moving forward.

I had a terrible experience with Best Choice Water Heaters and Plumbing Inc. Four weeks ago, I contacted them about an issue with my tankless water heater. They initially scheduled an appointment within a few days, providing a two-hour arrival window. However, just hours before the scheduled time, they called to cancel, citing understaffing. We rescheduled for the following week, but they failed to show up. After I called them, they profusely apologized and assured me it was a rare occurrence. Foolishly, I gave them another chance and scheduled yet another two-hour window. This appointment also came and went with no call and no service. I wasted valuable time taking off work for each of these missed appointments. I unfortunately only checked their Google reviews before hiring them. Had I looked at their Yelp reviews first, I would have seen a clear pattern of this unreliable behavior.
