My service tech, Josh was awesome!!! He was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the subsequent solution thoroughly. Jay Napoles was by far the greatest nicest man I might have ever met.
It was a true tragedy last night when my mother thought she accidentally flushed her ring down the toilet. It being late, I cut the water and knew this would be a problem for the morning. Rooter Hero was was able to have Jay at my house within the hour of me calling, probably closer to the 30 minutes mark. So that he could take a look at my problem, see what might be able to do and give me a free estimate on what it would be.

Jay was able to in a very timely, courteous and kind manner asses the problem and let me know what he could do to see if the ring was in the pipes and if we could get it back. At, a very reasonable price for the time and effort spent doing so.

Jay sent the camera down the access point line in the yard, slowly all the way to the street, back to the house, back out to the street and back to the house once more just so we could make sure we didnt missing it. It gave me such peace of mind.

We unfortunately did not find the ring, But we still had hope! Jay expressed that based on the size and weight of the ring that it was highly unlikely that it had made its way all the way to the street. (where I had already called the city water disposal to ask if a ring ever showed up matching the description if they would call.... they said no)

Jay thought that perhaps the ring could have been stuck in the toilet line or in the immediate pipe attached to it, a quick look with the camera was unsuccessful with what where able to see with the camera not being fully able to make it around the bend. (We didnt want to take any chances that could damage equipment for either of us)

Now that we had checked all the easy ways first. The next step would be to remove the toilet to check the back of the line and get access to the pipes. Jay gave me some options here, he could do a removal to look, Or if I was feeling handy this next step was something that I and my Family could do ourselves fairly easy. (we've re waxed/sealed a toilet or 2 before)

I thanked Jay for his time, and his conversations, and answering all my silly questions and settled up.

Now normally a review would end here, but this is no normal review because there is more to just how amazing Jay Napoles is a true hero of this review.

Jay came back just a few minutes later. His boss (I can only assume just as cool) had asked if we found the ring.
Jay told me his next appointment had been pushed back a little bit, he had some time and he wanted to help and do something nice. For nothing extra but my greatest thanks. He came back in, we took that toilet off, and we checked for that ring.

.... and it wasn't there in the end. But that's okay. Because there's that peace of mind now, that you've everything possible you could do. A weight lifted knowing its not stuck in the dark, that its unlikely that the water pulled though the pipes all the way to the street. And that there's a chance, that it never fell in and that its in the house somewhere.

At the end of all of this, I feel happy, I feel relieved. Knowing it was money well spent, It was worth the time. And although it was much easier than I thought it was going to be, we took our time to make sure we looked right.

Jay Napoles was a true hero today, I couldn't be more happy with the service I received from him. I would recommend not only Rooter Hero to anyone but would say if possible, to ask for Jay specifically. He did a great job, he was great to talk to and he was a great guy. One Hundred out of a possible Ten stars.

Rooter Hero has gained a customer for life from this day forward.

The ring was found a day or two later!

Out of all the companies I called to solve my garden drain challenge, this company Rooter hero was the best. No lies, free estimate, no pressure. They drove from Simi all the way to Santa Clarita to address my Issue. Paul was fast and efficient to address my home clog issue. He dedicated plenty of time and on the end the best solution was provided at an affordable no tricks cost. I would definitely recommend this company. I also want to add that Paul , the technician assigned was very efficient, knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you Rooter Hero!

After a recent plumbing problem arose in my 60+ year old home, I contacted Rooter Hero who promptly sent out technician Jay Napole who quickly assessed the situatin and immediately began work to fix the problem.

The necessary repairs were more extensive thatn I had anticipated but throughout the entire process Jay kept me informed every step of the way, explaining everything and making sure the work was completed per cost estimate and within the time promised.

All workers provided by Rooter Hero were respectful and hard-working with special recognition to Jay, Alberto, and all.

I will highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing assistance and repair.

Josh and Mike from Rooter Hero were so great! Came by, assessed the situation-a gnarly kitchen sink drain that needed some heavy lifting to get though-fixed it up, cleaned up. And explained every step of the process. They were able to give me a breakdown of all the options that I had and what was going on, and I really appreciated their friendliness and willingness to make it as painless a process as possible. So nice! Great experience!

I have to say this is the nicest plumbing company I have ever came across from the woman who answered the phone, she was so helpful and made me feel comfortable that I wasn’t going to be tricked into an upsale (which everyother local company’s first line of conversation was) she calmed my panic and told me it would be and easy fix. I got schedule for the technician to come out the following day, James showed up on time and was very friendly and nice and knowledgeable about what the issue may be. He fixed it within 15 minutes. For both jobs, faucet replacement and garbage disposal replacement, it took Mr. Beck less than 80 minutes. They charged us $590 for labor and $60 for some connection tunings. We worked with this business before and had referred friends to their services. Not any more.

I have dealt with many plumbers in my 73 years on this earth. These people are the best. Very nice, professional, and prompt on service calls. Very reasonably priced. I would totally trust their services in my opinion.

The best! Jim and his crew are amazing! I had a challenging slab leak, and Jim and his crew were strategic and creative in their approach to repair the leak and reroute the pipes. Jim was in communication with my leak detector and with my insurance appraiser, and he made a stressful situation manageable. We are beyond grateful and I highly recommend Beck’s Plumbing.

Great service, hard working, excellent and clean work. Very nice family business. I’ve hired them to help me on 3 different homes, 2 of which to replace the water heaters. For one of the properties it was a quick and simple fix, and he didn’t have the heart to charge me. They have my trust and business and are my go to plumbing experts.
