Plumbing reviews in Simi Valley, California

Don't waste your time here. They don't have anything.
-
What a great place for everything related to plumbing...even for us regular folks! Always treated well by the staff. They are knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.
-
Pulled up at 5:01. Lights are off, gate is locked and they are loading in their cars. Just once I wish I could find a plumbing supplier with the same work ethics as plumbers.

Pat & The old man with a bump on his neck or face, are pretty rude. Are never willing to help & seem bothered Everytime.
Billy was cool as hell.
Probably my least favorite location. If I return, I'll only ask to deal with Billy. -
Love the customer service, I came in at a busy time to order a part for my faucets. It was great I got my order done. And then I came two weeks later to pick up the part. No problem super easy. This place is well stocked and clean. There is tons of parking and the counter guys really know their stuff.

How much help you get depends on how much detail you can provide. You can't walk in here and say I need a new faucet. You need some more details. It's a store that's open to the public but is more for professionals so you gotta give them some part numbers or manufacturer names, etc... Being a novice won't get you very far.
These guys mean business!
But they really need at least a fan in there for their employees by the counter. It gets pretty hot. Even as a customer just sitting while completing an order. Heard several people mention it in the time I was waiting. The guys in there work hard... they might need a little cool/fresh Air on those super hot Simi Valley summer days. -
Horrible Service. Ordered 5 Kohler toilets after they confirmed 3 are available for pickup immediately. After a long wait they said only 1 is available for pickup and remaining 4 will be available within next 2 days. Kept calling daily....long waits, the sales rep is not reachable, they provide mixed information every time I call. The sales rep guy promised a courtesy free delivery due to the delays. Still no response/delivery after 5 days. Very bad experience. Not sure about other reviews....would not buy/recommend this place to anyone.

Went there the other day to buy sanitary pipe (3x3x2x2) , the cashier had issue finding the price so he ask the other cashier for help.
He then told me that the price is $65 dollars, I was in shock , I thought he was joking, but he wasn't. I told him it can't be because at Home Depot they have the same part for $16, I even showed him on my phone picture of the part. But it didn't help. I ended up driving to home depot. -
Amazing plumbing company, recommended 5/5

My second time using T-Top. They fixed a slab leak and were very professional, did a great job. These guys are the best.
-
Quick to respond, excellent service at a fair and reasonable price. They moved 2 water valves in the house (one was leaking). They came out within an hour. They did such a great job, I had them back out to fix a broken water shut off valve & leaking hose bib.

Rob recently replaced our old garbage disposal. He was very professional and adhered to masking and distance guidelines. He worked very efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he arrived.
Before he replaced the disposal he made sure it wasn’t just a circuit breaker or a simple jam. It wasn’t. After the new disposal was installed he made sure I knew about the thermal protection and how to clear it if we jammed it.
We have had T-Top Plumbing do other work over the last 10 years and plumbers like Rob is why we call them. -
Outstanding company with exceptionally fair prices.
I had an emergency with a main water line break at the front of my home. I called at 8 am. They had a plumber (Robert) here by 9 am.
Robert was polite, professional, and skilled at his job. He cut out the broken pipe and installed a new section. He also installed a new pressure regulator as I was running at 100+psi (vs 65-70 psi).
All the work was exceptionally performed with full explanations. The price was very fair and reasonable.
T-Top Plumbing has a new customer for life.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND T-Top Plumbing for your plumbing work, for emergency and regular services.
I am very thankful a friend referred T-Top Plumbing to me. And I'm very thankful for T-Top Plumbing, their work, and their fair prices.
Respectfully,
John C. (Simi Valley) -
Lack of Transparency – Would Not Recommend
I had a disappointing experience with T Top Plumbing and would not recommend them.
An outside leak was investigated to determine whether it was the HOA’s responsibility. The leak detection visit was arranged through the HOA, and I never consented to hiring T Top Plumbing for myself. Very little was done during the visit, yet I was later told I had to reimburse the company once the leak was deemed homeowner responsibility.
I later learned the leak detection company used charges significantly less than what I was billed, with the difference attributed to a “dispatch” fee that was never disclosed or approved.
The invoice itself states that I declined further locating and marking once responsibility was determined. If I declined continued service once responsibility was determined, it is unreasonable to bill me for services I neither requested nor authorized.
Homeowners should be cautious and get everything in writing before allowing any involvement from this company. -
Gray water and sump pump maintenance and service
-
This company's monitoring report for a discharger is not complied with the requirements by the State. The report is not well organized and includes missing information.
-
Thank you to Sierra for fixing my plumbing, super professional & got it done quick, I’m so happy they knew what they’re doing, seriously lifesavers, I would definitely use them again!
-
Sierra Commercial Plumbing was great to work with! Showed up on time and helped trouble shoot on how to get a new tub into a very small bathroom. Definitely be working with them again!
-
Contacted these guys to get a bid for a septic system. They came in at the HIGHEST price of any company out there. My average bids were in the $45k to 50K range. Sierra came in at over $100K, and when called on it, made a bunch of excuses and claimed the materials alone cost that. (I had already done my homework, and knew what the tank, seepage pit liners, and other necessary stuff costs.) I would never call these guys again.

We use them often for our building's common areas. They've always handled the issues well, including for the big jobs. Everyone they send is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and explains the work well.

Workmanship has been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail in their reports stood out. The staff is not only friendly and supportive but also highly skilled, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Their customer service is exceptional—quick to respond, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. I especially want to recognize Elena, the service coordinator, for her outstanding communication skills, friendly demeanor, and constant helpfulness. Without her dedication and support, many of the projects I’ve completed simply wouldn’t have been possible. She truly goes above and beyond and is an invaluable part of the team.
Thank you to the entire team for your hard work, dedication, and integrity. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.
