Gilbert was fantastic. Water heater died and he came out, same day, and bailed us out. Personable, obviously skilled. Gary was fantastic as well, very helpful. Would absolutely use Dutton Plumbing again.

Evin did an inspection on our plumbing. He was awesome. He explained all his findings on a very old house. Very patient and straight forward with all our questions. Real nice guy.

I have a 6 units building 8,000 sqft lot, 30 people complaining about hot water and I called these guys, they did a spectacular installation, clean, professional, efficient and on time as promised, Bernardo, Carlos and Gary the plumbing crew and Christopher the sales rep, all did an amazing job, they found a commercial 100gal huge water heater delivered and installed, everything within less than 24 hours. Could not be happier with the final results and the options they offers within their packages. 100% recommended.

George, the electrician is phenomenal. He was personable professional, and communicated things clearly. . He was able to explain the situation in a way that was understandable.

Jason, however, should not communicate with customers ever. He talked down to me as if I somehow misled him in someway.

Before Jason stuck his nose into this, I was dealing with Sergio, who was also an amazing technician that was willing to explain my situation articulately.

I had a major sewer blockage under my house. Dutton arrived within a few hours. After they discovered what needed to be done they sent Gilbert. Gilbert was timely, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He communicated well and fixed the problem. Everything looked as if they had never been there.
I would highly recommend Dutton and will use them for all my future needs. Thank you so much, Gilbert!

Dec 10, 2025 - Gilbert did a wonderful job to complete the sewer line repair once the City approved the permitted work. The site was put back in perfect order, nicely completed. We can now sleep soundly knowing Gilbert did his best work here. Thanks again, Jane & Jim

I had an issue with a switch after a power shutdown. It started sounding like a clock. *Tick* *Tock*

I called themat 7ish pm and was advised that it's not an emergency if there's no burning smell and/or heat coming from it. They're very good ✅

You need to schedule ‼️ I scheduled a tech next day between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. I believe. A tech didn't come til 4 p.m.
Would you be upset? Well, I didn't. Only because they advised that it's not an emergency. Everyone is different. Just giving you all the info here, no biased. You decide 👍🏽

They gave 10% discount. Yes, I asked. 👌🏽 I'd say try them again if I have other electrical issues in the future.

They charged $170ish. Is that reasonable? Not sure. It's my first time. I Googled it, and it said it's reasonable.

Advise to owner: when your late, make sure you'll have returning customers. Take care of them 👌🏽 that's basic customer service.

Overall, this company is good. I would try them again ✅

Had both toilets, tub and shower all backing up. Nothing would drain. Called Dutton, they arrived when they said they would. Chris was the first on-site. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Discovered a major plumbing problem that did not surprise us as the house was built in the 60's. He showed us exactly what the problem was with cameras and visuals. Chris immediately contacted everyone necessary to fix the problem. They coordinated everthing and began work immediately. Everyone was extremely professional. Workers were great, worked hard and careful to keep everything clean. Chris and his team responded to every concern and call very quickly. Wonderful to work with. Highly recommended. If you want your plum ing fixed right, professionally at a fair orice, Dutton plumming is the one to callI. I will continue to use them and ONLY them in the future.

We called them to come out to do a couple of work for us at the restaurant did an excellent job for repair really good not too expensive there good with explaining everything what's wrong and what it takes to get it to fixed and definitely I would recommend them to anybody.

Steve, Scott and Cameron literally came to my rescue when my toilet tank drained out unexpectedly on to my bathroom floor. They happened to be working on a neighbor’s house and saw me struggling with the water shut off in the front of the house. They jumped in to help me. They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

We were grateful to have met this plumber through our contractor when our bathroom was renovated. He is meticulous! He takes pride in his work, is knowledgeable, friendly AND cleans up after himself! We have used him to completely re-do my in-laws plumbing from back of the house to the main line from the street. Competitively priced, but far superior in service. Steve is a family man and my grandson couldn't wait for him to return so he could "help" him!

My garbage disposal was backed up due to a a friend trying to be nice and do our dishes, but also ran the disposal with a shot glass inside. Silly mistake, but it was no problem to fix for Rocco’s plumbing. I worked with Steve and omg the quickness and accuracy of his work is amazing. I literally am going to be calling him for all my plumbing needs.

PS his handiwork saved me $130 on a new disposal. Thank you 🙏🏽

Steve did the plumbing on our total home remodel. He did such a fantastic job on the plumbing of all bathrooms and kitchen. He also installed our Wolfe oven and sub-zero fridge and did such an excellent job. Steve is very friendly and so easy to work with. He is on time, does a great job and never leaves behind a mess. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and will use him for any future plumbing needs.

Steve and his crew provided excellent service, prompt and efficient. They worked hard and quickly and accomplished. All they were supposed to do with good humor and cheerfulness. They crawled under the house and did nasty dirty things that I did not want to do myself. I would trust him with every aspect of my Dwelling. He is my go to guy from now on.
