Rocko’s Plumbing is outstanding. We required a gas line extension to connect our new fire pit. They arrived on time, explained everything, answered all questions and then performed at a high level. Left the site in perfect condition with concrete repaired and all gas lines brought up to code. Thank you so much!

Hired them for a hydro jet service. The technicians worked great and were very professional. Only issue was a miscommunication between what their office quoted me and scar the tech charged me, but they ended up staying true to their original price. Overall great service.

I called Steve my new plumber to come out and give me an estimate on several plumbing issues in my 1958 home. He came by on after hours time just to meet with me and my concerns. He gave me a very reasonable estimate and came back couple days later to do the repairs. He was knowledgeable, personable, and I understood everything he said was necessary to complete my repairs. He is now my “go to guy” for plumbing issues. I like the fact that this is a family business.

The best service ever. Steven is so knowledgeable and honest. He showed up on time and helped us fix our water heater! Highly recommended!!

The actual plumbing work was fine, but dealing with Jess (I think that was her name) was enough that I wouldn’t use this company again. She was rude, dismissive, and made the entire process unnecessarily uncomfortable. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience ruined what could have been a good job.

Austin was prompt, professional and informative. He was neat and respectful of our property, explained what he thought the problem was, gave us an estimate, fixed our problem quickly and when he left our shower and bathroom were spotless. I was a pleasure having him in our home. We can't say enough great things about this company. We had another company come out for a clogged toilet and after 2 visits, they said we needed a crazy amount of work done for almost $10K. We decided to get a second opinion before having the work done. We contacted Rocko's Plumbing. The owner came out himself and hydro jetted the pipe. He found that the pipe was just fine and NOT coroded like we had been told. It didn't need anything other than cleaning out. He also found that our pressure valve was shot, and rather than upselling us to replace it, he told my husband what to buy and how to replace it himself. To say that this company has amazing business ethics is not nearly enough of a compliment. He was polite, personable and super clean. I think my bathroom floor was cleaner when he was done, than it was before he got there. The prices were reasonable and we only paid as much as we did because he had to reseat the toilet that the other company left undone. I highly recommend Rocko's Plumbing. They have earned every star. I'd give them more if I could.

We needed to have the Gas connection behind our oven. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the tech was able to resolve it quickly and at minimal cost. Other companies wanted to do a much more invasive process at a significantly higher cost. The high ethics and quality of work were beyond impressive. We will use them again if need arises.

Kyle was fantastic, he came out quickly fixed all of our issues, (water heater repair, faucet repair, and a toilet repair!) all the same day, very affordable and reliable. Mike bid the job, we accepted. He got the new water heater. He removed our 25 year old tank and pedestal and installed the new high quality unit...all on the same day. He knew what he was doing and was able to do it by himself. Mike was a fun guy to talk to and we appreciated his skill set. I would recommend WHRP...no doubts.

I was referred to WHRP by Angie List after compared with few other local plumbing companies. The technician (Mike) came and was able to detect the leak and provided me a written quote by email so you know exactly what to expect. The leak was fixed the next day. Even there was an unexpected new issue with our main line but Kyle (the owner) was be able to give us a good price to fix this. I highly recommended this company if you have any plumbing issues.
