We had a great experience with this company. Two other plumbers gave up on our electric tankless water heater but WHRP fixed the issue easily with a great attitude -- and fast! Kyle was simply amazing. He answered my call right away and was super friendly and easy to talk to! After we discussed my problem he put me on his calendar for service on the same day and came over to my home after hours without charging an additional fee. Kyle also gave me some much-needed tips to help me avoid the same problem with my water heater in the future as an extra bonus. Overall, great experience.

The plumber who installed my water heater was knowledgeable and fast. I had a leak in my old water heater. We met Tuesday night and he was at my house Wednesday morning. A little pricey but I feel comfortable the job was done correctly.

It was a pleasure from beginning to end. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The tech that came out was there to install my kitchen faucet and he was terrific, on time, very nice and there was no mess when he was done.
The owner is wonderful as well, very accommodating and nice, I will be calling them for all my plumbing work from now on. I will recommend WHRP to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Working with WHRP Plumbing was amazing. Scheduling an appointment for an estimate was so quick and easy. Mike came out, assessed our leaking water heater, and get us an amazing estimate. He was able to come out based on our schedule and was quick at getting everything installed. He made sure to let us know what is was doing and how it would benefit us in the long run, should anything go wrong again. I’m so happy we went with WHRP. this is an updated review for whrp plumbing, i’ve used them as my plumbers for years now, and whrp plumbing is hands down the best plumber in simi valley. they have done water heater repair for me, faucet installation, and even helped with a clogged drain issue i was having! their customer service is too notch and i will never use another plumber. they even serviced my friends home all the way in ventura, and i learned whrp plumbing services simi valley, moorpark, thousand oaks, camarillo, oxnard, ventura, and even ojai! and even surrounding areas. i cant rave enough about whrp plumbing thanks guys!

I wouldn't trust my plumbing needs to anyone else. Mike is phenomenal he's very knowledgeable and professional. 10/10

Excellent company! They replaced our sump pump for a competitive price the very next day and set us up with 5 years of warranty service. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

I called WHRP for a clogged toilet. Was able to get a same day appointment. Mike was very nice/professional. He took the time to explain the issue with my plumbing and expressed understanding/empathy for my situation. He shared a few different options moving forward.
