I can’t recommend WHRP enough! I was living out of state when my in-laws’ water heater suddenly went out, and WHRP stepped in and handled everything perfectly. They were professional, communicative, and incredibly trustworthy from start to finish.

Even though I couldn’t be there in person, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They showed up on time, replaced the water heater efficiently, and treated my in-laws with kindness and respect. It’s rare to find a company that you can rely on remotely, but WHRP truly delivered.

We discovered them when we had a sewer pipe emergency. They were easy to work with, showed up when they promised to and provided great work. They just finished a sprinkler system and next on the list is our washer plumbing set up to remove an industrial sink for more space. My husband likes how they explain the problem and the fix. They make it make sense. He asked me to complete the review for them. 😆

Would definitely recommend. On time, personable, quick response. Replaced my water heater, came back the next day and replaced my pressure regulator. I was at 80 psi to the house. No surprises in the billing. Very happy customer.

Beyond happy and impressed with Kyle. Our water heater went out Friday night so I made a couple of appointments to get quotes. Kyle came out Saturday morning and we had a great talk. Mike came out to change out the faucet for a new one. He was on time. He was very personable and took the time to answer our questions. The job was done correctly.
