Lee and his assistant did a fabulous job at our house, and we will not hesitate to use them again! They were timely and efficient, honest, and very clean. Lee made sure that he told us, in detail, what the problems with our plumbing were, and exactly what we needed to do to fix it. He even gave us options and went through the cost of each one, which I really appreciated. Great guys, great service!

Our families hot water heater broke last night on Christmas Eve. This morning after calling numerous plumbers, I called and spoke with Lee the owner of Reliable Rooter Plumbing. He gave me the price of the job right over the phone (which considering it being Christmas the price seemed very fair) Lee and his helper Marlin were at my house within an hour, they were both very friendly and got the job done quickly, just in time for our Christmas Party. They saved our Christmas and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Lee and Marlon have done a couple of plumbing projects at my home in the past few years. The latest, being a couple of months ago when I needed my water heater replaced. Lee actually called me right after having a surgical procedure to set up at time to come and replace the water heater......That's simply going above and beyond customer service ! The work he and Marlon have done has been excellent. I would recommend Reliable Rooter based upon my experience with them.

We’ve been using Lee and Marlon for over a decade. They have done many jobs for us from drain clearing to installation of a tankless water heater. They are always very professional and responsive and do a wonderful job!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have used Reliable Rooter multiple times and never disappointed. Reasonable pricing, show up on time, and do outstanding work, without gouging. Honest plumbing companies are rare, but this company gets a 5 star.

I had a pretty big plumbing issue at my house. Marlo came in and gave me a really great deal so I moved forward. Him and his crew came in and did the job at a very reasonable price. The price was great, the work was amazing and they really know what they are doing. I know who to call from now on when I have plumbing issues. Don't waste your time with other companies.

I had a non-urgent installation (kitchen faucet and showerhead). The Reliable Rooter crew and Lee were prompt, professional and polite. The work was well and quickly done. The price was fair and the total cost was less than originally quoted because they finished sooner than expected. Lee took the time to call after the work was done to check in.
