I recently had an emergency plumbing situation and called Team Rooter for assistance. While they responded quickly to the emergency, my experience with their pricing was extremely disappointing.

The initial estimate for the work was around $500, which I understood for an emergency call. However, as the job progressed, additional "necessary" work was continually added, increasing the cost in increments of $500. What started as a $500 emergency repair quickly escalated to a final bill of $1500.

I found the pricing to be very, very expensive, especially given the continuous additions to the scope of work without clear, upfront communication about the potential for such significant increases. While the immediate issue was resolved, the unexpected and substantial cost escalation left me feeling overcharged and frustrated.

I would advise anyone considering Team Rooter to get a very detailed, written estimate upfront and to clarify what might cause the price to increase, even in an emergency situation.

Stephan was very polite and personable. This is second time using this company and both times came away very satisfied. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

I had Team Rooter come out to clear my drain. During the camera inspection, we determined root intrusion was the cause of the blockage. Although, we thought we knew where drain line tied into house, turned out the pipe had a Wye under my sidewalk. This required more concrete saw cutting and digging. The crew, Fernando and Ethan, did their best to follow my direction and replace all the old clay and iron pipe. This added considerable work and cost, but I was happy to make it trouble free in the end. They were courteous and hard working, pleasure to work with even with my constant pressure watching. I have a little more cast iron to replace and will call them back out in the future.

Team Rooter staff were very professional, courteous and hardworkers, they always explained what was happening and put me at ease with this whole process from beginning to end.

Team Rooter redid my mom's bathroom after a pipe burst and did a really good job. Steven and Luis were the two main people from Team Rooter that worked on the project.

Great customer service. Enrique responded to the call on a Sunday, and even communicated that he could come earlier than expected. No extra charge for a Sunday call and took care of the sewer back up. He even followed up the next day to do a scope to show us what was causing the problem. Very knowledgeable.

If I could give Israel 100 🌟 stars I would! He was amazing and made sure the problem was solved. Very professional and knowledgeable. A true asset to your company!

Luis Morales did a great job ! He tested the issue 3 times after fixing the plumbing. Didn't try to oversell !

Angel Vazquez came to snake our shower drain. He was on time, very personable and knowledgeable. He was very courteous and found our shower pan was leaking and part of our main line had a bad leak also. He showed us photos of leak from under the house and made recommendations of how to go about remedying the situation. Angel was GREAT! We were very pleased with our experience.

The whole team was super responsive and listened to all my concerns. They addressed them as fast as possible and accomplished everything in my needed timeframe. They are truly… the best!
