Nick was great. He arrived within an hour of my call even though it was after hours around dinner time. He was able to identify the issue with my water heater and tell me what part that needed to be replaced. He helped me look if the water heater was under warranty, it was, and so I ordered the part needed. He will be back to install a new burner once it gets delivered. He was also able to fix my master bath shower that wasn’t draining.

I recently hired Simi Valley Emergency Plumbing to fix a possible clogged pipe, and to check as to why my hot water was now lukewarm. I was so glad I called, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and professional, scheduling an appointment at a convenient time for me.

Nick the plumber arrived on time, was super courteous and he explained the issue and the necessary repairs it was going to need. He worked efficiently and I couldn’t believe his price. Actually, I think he gave me a discount.

Overall, the time it took and the quality of work that was done, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was extremely satisfied with his work.

I woke up this morning to no hot water. I tried lighting the pilot to the water heater, but didn't work. I called Nick at Simi Emergency Plumbing. He took all the information about our hot water heater and scheduled a visit that day. He arrived within the window promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part due to his due diligence on our call. Unfortunately, the part was defective. He left, got another part and installed it. Communication throughout the process was good. Nick was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Good plumbers are hard to find. We will definitely use him for our future needs. I should mention that he did good work for our daughter's boyfriend. When her hot water failed, he did the work. Because of his good work, we referred a friend in Thousand Oaks who was also happy with his work. Highly recommended.

Nick is a plumbing rock star. The first co I called came out and couldn’t solve the kitchen sink drain issue. Suggested hero blasting at big $. Nick solved it in half an hour. !!

We were having a new electrical panel put in and we needed to move some natural gas pipes. This was unexpected and we needed fast service. They were there the next day and did a fantastic job. Had a main line backup at 2:30 in the morning!!! Called these guys and Nick answered. He was extremely professional and showed up super fast.
