Luis of Rooter Team installed a new Washer Box in our laundry room to accommodate a new washer and dryer. He arrived within two hours and did a very nice clean job.

Ethan worked hard for 1.5 hours but was not able to unclogged the kitchen pipe. He asked his manager for assistance and it did not work. Due to the expensive options recommended I did not proceed with it. I appreciated their professionalism. I might still go back to them to solve my clog.

Team Rooter Venture was the best company to respond quickly to our plumbing leak. We had a cracked union due to wear and tear.
TeamRooter technician Jonathan Penate came promptly and immediately assessed our situation and offered the right solutions. He was able to reconfigure the main water line manifold to bypass the faulty filtration system and then disposed of the filtration system after removal. The main thing for us was that within a couple of hours we had running water again in the house. We are very thankful and feel that it was a fair price given the urgency of our situation and how quickly they came and resolved everything.

Luis did a really thorough job cleaning our backyard drains. We called and they came the same day and completed work and did a great job. I highly recommend this company and Luis.

Best call I ever made for plumbing problem. Giovanni was professional, pleasant and got right to work. Toilet wouldn’t drain so he explained options and what he proposed to do. He brought the power snake in and after a few minutes he cleared the blockage and explains why it probably happened. Great man and excellent service. Thanks Giovanni.

Steven did a good job and knew what he was doing. Steven is a friendly, easy to work individual. Other than the price which is my personal opinion this company although my first time had a very positive experience and looking forward to having them on any of my future work.

Luis Morales is a 2nd generation plumber, polite, respectful, and professional. He was able to repair our bathroom sink and install a brand new toilet in a very short period of time. Clean, correctly, and timely. His skill and ability left me in awe, and my wife, most importantly, was very pleased with the scope, quality and cleanliness of his work. We would gladly work with him again.

Customer service was exceptional. I did not interface with Luis , my husband told me that he was very knowledgeable, very professional and extremely thorough. Geovanni Penate did a great job replacing our waterheater and upgrading the gas and all water lines to code. He is very hard-working and takes pride in doing every thing properly. He explained all our options thoroughly and worked with us to fit into our budget. He like all the staff at Team Rooter are kind, polite and punctual. We have had several extensive pumbing jobs done by Team Rooter and would highly recommend their work.
