Nick came out at 10:30 pm to help us with a leak when no other plumber would answer our call. He was friendly, efficient, and got to the bottom of our problem. Highly recommend his company.

I had a clogged toilet on a Sunday afternoon. Plumber showed up on time - within the hour and unclogged the toilet. Great service. Price was high - $325.00. It’s been a while since I’ve used a plumber so maybe that’s the going rate for unclogging toilets on a weekend but I felt that ½ the price would have been reasonable. I moved forward because I had no choice. However he did do a good job and was a nice guy.

Nick was so professional and it was the perfect timing when I really needed it. The price was very reasonable and it was definitely an emergency situation. Thank you Nick. We will definitely use you again.

We can’t say enough good things about Nick! Our kitchen flooded unexpectedly around 6:30 PM, and he showed up before 7—talk about fast service! He immediately found the source of the leak, stopped the water, and helped us stay calm through the chaos. Nick even got us in touch with a restoration company that came out within the hour to start cleanup and drying everything out.

He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and not left scrambling for help. It’s rare to find someone so responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about their customers. If you ever need a reliable plumber who shows up when it counts, Nick is the one to call!

Both of my bathroom drains were backing up into one of my showers. I called Nick at Simi Valley Emergency Plumbing and he was at my house within one hour. He explained everything to me in an understandable manner and was able to clear my drains and get everything working again.

What amazing service! We had a cligged drain and this is Sunday. Nick was here in less than an hour, charged a flat, honest fee of $325, and fixed everything. The water had backed up from the washing machine into the utility sink and into our kitchen sinks. I liked him and he didn’t try to convince me that we had to replace our whole main line to the sewer, which Dutton did once. We are very happy!

Once again had a clogged drain (between shower & toilet) called out one of those plumbers with “Rooter” in the title. Was told to unclog it they needed roof access and approx $1100!
Called Nick at SVEP. With knowledge of the area I live in, he told me the likely issue and solution to the problem over the phone. Nick showed up the next day… removed toilet, snaked drain, unclogged the blockage and then ran a camera down the pipes to easily show me what likely caused the issue and offered some useful precautions moving forward. All for a very reasonable price.

My experience was excellent. The fixed my toilet seal. They removed the toilet and found old wax seal disintegrated. They had everything to do the repair right away. The price was reasonable and I am very happy with their service.

We had an old pipe break under our sink right before Thanksgiving. Santor Plumbing was a second estimate, and came out the same day to replace the pipe for roughly $1,000 less than the first company's estimate. The pipe was installed, and an unexpected backup was cleared in a matter of 2 hours. Everyone was friendly, and so easy to communicate with. The honest, fair price was incredibly reassuring. We know we'll be in good hands going forward with Josh and his team.

I had some issues with my bathroom sinks and rusting. Called Josh beforehand and he advised on what needed to do to save time upon their visit. The rep Mike arrived early which was great and was very friendly. Answered all my questions about the sinks downstairs and upstairs. He then repaired the faucets and installed the new set I purchased. Efficient work and cleaned the debris after the job. Professional work and exactly what a trustworthy, fair priced, and excellent company should strive for. I will call on Santor Plumbing again for further plumbing work in the near future. Highly recommend. I live in Porter Ranch so they service here as well.
