I am always confident that my job will be done correctly and fairly by Santor Plumbing. I had another emergency and was relieved that they prioritized me. Manny was the technician this time and it involved digging up some of my yard. Not only did he do a quality job on the plumbing work but my yard doesn’t even look like any work was done. He cared about my property and I value that immensely. I always trust and recommend Santor Plumbing.

We have been a customer of Santor Plumbing since their inception. This is an excellent company, responds almost immediately to requests. Always completes the job at hand with excellent workmanship. Employees are polite, clean and trustworthy.
We have since referred all family and friends to Santor Plumbing.

We had a plumbing emergency at 630am. Josh, the owner, came out immediately and shut the water off. Within 20 minutes of him leaving, a service technician was here and fixed our issue in less than 30 minutes. Every experience with Santor Plumbing has been professional, prompt and high quality. I’ve recommended them to all my family and friends.

I woke up to a problem with a loose pipe. Texted owner and he sent out a tech for the afternoon. Took 15 minutes to fix. No charge. My husband said “they stand by their work”! I am so grateful it turned out to be an easy fix on a holiday weekend. Their customer service is awesome. Thanks

Michael showed up on time and did a great job. He was kind to my dog and children and kept the house clean and the doors closed. It was great experience. My plumbing issue was solved quickly and the price was fair. I will use this company again!

Called Santor plumbing for a clogged tub drain. They were able to respond same day and the technician was able to determine the drain stopper was broken and stuck closed and there was no clog. He fixed it within minutes and then told me there was no charge for the service call. Great customer service and I will call them again when needed. Highly recommended!!

Terrific experience!! Manny came out give me an estimate to replace/repair all of the plumbing fixtures for our hall bathroom. Right on time! Then, Michael and Connor came out and changed out the sink faucet and shower/tub faucets. Right on time and perfect job! Since we decided to
replace the toilet, Michael
returned 2 weeks later, and went above and beyond to get to darn thing to fit for us! Great job, guys!! Our plumbers for life!!

Great service! Professional in every way! Was able to solve my water heater not igniting. Though they were so busy and it was a Friday, they were able to shuffle schedules to accommodate me. They came out right away. I now have hot water 💦 So happy and grateful to Santor Plumbing 🙏

Today I had Michael install a new toilet, shower head and snake my drain. He was in and out in a very reasonable time and all work was completely professional and efficient. Again if you need a plumber for any of your plumbing needs be sure to call Santor plumbing.

I have been working with Santor Plumbing for different jobs over the past 4 years. Every time I engage with his company I am treated with courtesy. The work is always done right and on time. The price is reasonable and his employees are the best.

Had a water heater replaced. Great price and better service. They were able to install next day

Was just expecting repair guys to give me an estimate but they installed the Moen leak detector. It took less than a half hour.

Santor Plumbing impresses again with excellent, on-time service. Employees are respectful of our property, clear communicators of the issue and answer my questions about our commercial kitchen drain. I have confidence calling them for any future plumbing problems.

I called on Sunday evening and they came out first thing Monday morning for a (non-emergency) leak in the front yard. So fast! They had it fixed within 45 minutes of knocking on my door. I can't say enough good things about Michael who really knew his stuff! I'm thrilled that I now have a dedicated, reliable company that I will continue to use when needed.

I have been using Santor plumbing for all our household plumbing needs for almost 3 years. They have been out to our home around 10 times for different needs and every single time has been such a great experience! The owner, Josh runs his business with such honesty and integrity… he is always up front and very fair with cost and with what work is actually needed. His entire crew is always respectful, very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the job done. I wish there was a 10 star option to give Santor plumbing in which case I’d give 11! I will continue recommending Santor Plumbing to anyone I know or hear of that is in need of a plumber. Everyone I have sent his way has expressed how equally happy they were with his company! UPDATED REVIEW 7/2024: We had Santor Plumbing out for a second time. This time for a bathroom sink backup. They were able to come out at a time that worked for us and got the job done faster than expected. I loved the text reminders and notifications letting me know when they'd arrive. We had Michael this time and he did a great job. As an at-home parent with kids, I appreciate when people coming to work on my home are friendly and kind so we feel safe having them here. I also love it when they leave the area clean so my kids don't get into anything unsafe. Santor checked all of those boxes and we will use them again!

First review 11/2023: We had a wonderful experience with Santor Plumbing and will definitely contact them again. We have an old home with old pipes and had a backup between our kitchen and laundry areas. We texted Santor Plumbing around 5pm and they had an opening the next day. They sent a text when Manny was on the way, which was nice. And he fixed the issue in a timely manner. I appreciate that they accept card payments too.

Santor plumbing does an amazing job of clearing our difficult drains on our property. The time, patience, and kindness they put into their work is top notch. We are so impressed with Santor plumbing and each of their staff members.

Santor Plumbing is the best! Michael came out to fix my sink stopper and it was not fixable. :( I ordered pop-up replacements and he helped me selecting them so I got exactly what was needed. He came out another time to install and was in and out quickly. I will definitely call Santor for any future plumbing needs. Everyone I talked to there was so nice. Michael was very friendly and helpful. Call Santor - you won't be disappointed.

Jessica took my call yesterday. Good customer service. Today we had our water heater installed. Manny took care of everything. He was very courteous and helpful. New unit installed with new connections. Work done efficiently and fast.
