Josh cane here on a Sunday, late in the day, which we really appreciated. He was super friendly and competent. He explained everything to us. We needed a part for our bathroom faucet, which he needed to get. Even though it was late afternoon, he went out to get it for us and our faucet was fixed!

We would definitely call Rooter Hero Plumbing again and hopefully, be able to request Josh!

Josh has been an amazing individual who helped me resolve the problem instantly. His knowledge is outstanding and it reflects in his work. He is very professional and nice human. Thanks for the help.

Josh was very thorough and quick with fixing our kitchen sink clog. He honored our coupon for a free drain cleaning given to breast cancer patients during a sponsored Breast Cancer Awareness month event and we are very pleased with the customer service and compassion.

Wasted so much of my time. Long story short, we had roots in our ground floor toilet. The technician, told me they would need to remove the toilet to clean and assess the situation, I didn't disagree. He also mentioned we had high water pressure and should consider a water pressure regulator, which I again didn't disagree. I decided to get a few more quotes since it was going to be a big price tag. Another plumber had mentioned somethings that prompted additional questions about services and costs that I had for Rooter Hero. I had to call three times on three different days to get in contact with a technician the first time. Unfortunately, I had one more question. Three calls on two different days, multiple messages, no call back. So, I hired someone else. Only reason for a 2 star and not 1 is because the technician on day one was good. Everything else was so sub par. Ive never had to work so hard to try to give someone my money.

Joshua did an amazing job! Performed a thorough rooter service… worked on kitchen sink leaks… and had many outstanding observations! Excellent customer service and communication skills! Joshua is highly recommended by Jim in Camarillo!!! Five Stars all the way!!!

Josh is the best!! He is knowledgeable, well trained, and an asset to the company. He is patient, very hard-working and able to answer all my questions. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his ability to explain the process to me. I will not hesitate to call him if another plumbing problem arises. He is truly a hero to me.
I want to add that Bryan is also very hard worker and I appreciate that.

Nathaniel came to my house to fix my kitchen sink, which was a complete mess. (way worse than we initially thought) )It was almost impossible to fix but he fixed it. He also worked on the price with me since it was gonna be way more than I expected because of the severity of the problem. He was respectful, kind, informative and did an excellent job. Nathaniel is a master of his craft. I highly, highly recommend.

Josh came out and did a terrific job explaining all the components of what was happening in the sewer. He was able to eliminate excessive roots and showed me what was happening underground. He also explained various options for repair of the line. He thoroughly answered all my questions and was very patient, kind, and professional.

Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. He Came over and solved my plumbing issue in a timely matter. He gave us several options on how to resolve our plumbing problem. I look forward to using him in the future.

The entire process of working with Rooter Hero was, fast easy and efficient! There was no up charge for coming out the next day, on a weekend, and the communication around the appointment was thorough. The Plummer showed up on time, fixed our plumbing issue, including replacement parts, and came in exactly at the quoted estimate. He also provided a free water pressure test. I would defiantly recommend Rooter Hero for any plumbing needs!

Nate Romero was my serviceman when it came to repairing my toilet. He was on time, knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond what I initially asked for. The entire process from first call to paying at the end were seamless and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs!

Thanks to Travis, Josh, and Teddy for going above and beyond in my family’s time of need. They stayed way past their regular shifts on a dark windy night to ensure my sewer line was back online.

Everything went perfectly. Nate Romero helped my home out and not only did he know exactly how to fix the issue we had called for, he also identified the larger issue that caused it with solutions on how to fix it. I would 100% recommend him to others and would absolutely request his aid again.

Josh was awesome! He came out even during super bowl Sunday and was able to get our washer up and running, it had been flooding the night before! Even woth the kids asking a bunch a question we has able to get tye job done!

This review is long overdue but I wanted to come here and give Jay 5 stars for the service he provided us Jan 12th. He came to unclog a shower drain that was pretty badly clogged, but he went the extra mile while he was here and did some additional discoveries regarding our plumbing. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and just overall a pleasure to work with. We’ll definitely use Rooter Hero Plumbing in the future!

Josh and Mike came to service my water heater as well as things I needed done in both bathrooms. They did an excellent job and more than that. They explained everything in detail were very professional. I rated them five stars because I feel that they Worked with integrity, and I am satisfied with the job.

The technician showed on time and was neatly and cleanly dressed. You were booties and showed a great deal of respect for our home. He was knowledgeable and efficient in his work and seemed to care. Was done professionally.

Josh did an outstanding job with our plumbing inspection, including a thorough sewer line inspection. What really set him apart was that he didn’t just run a camera and move on—he took the time to explain the overall condition of the plumbing system and clearly discuss how to improve and repair the home’s drainage system, both short- and long-term.
He was courteous, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Josh spent a significant amount of time conducting the inspection and walking us through his findings, answering questions, and explaining practical solutions in a way that was easy to understand.

Nathan was courteous and was able to get the clog taken care of care of. He even educated us on options above and beyond if anything were to happen to our pipes. He was a pleasure to have. He’s a keeper for sure !!
