Joshua came out Sunday, when my college kid home for fall break couldn’t get the shower to turn off at midnight. The other plumber wanted to break through the drywall and charge us thousands. Josh was professional and very sweet and ended up doing the limited scope of work that was needed to fix the problem for a quarter of the other quote. He also checked the water pressure where the other guy didn’t even bring that up.

Our technician Paul was great, he went above and beyond the services required. Based on our conversation he determined the required work and provided insight to other possible issues.

We had a plumbing issue back in June of this year while I was on vacation. Upon my return we had them come and give us an estimate. The damage was repaired within 5 days and they did an absolute AMAZING and bang out job. Then on July 27th there was another issue that resulted in some damage. I reached out to them and as of the 15th of August the Amazing team restored me so that I was better than before.

I want to give the BIGGEST shout out to none other than Victor, Albert, Ric, Tanner and last but not least Mr. David Walker. These 5 wonderful, sweet, kind, caring, hard working, dedicated, group of people are my HEROES and made me whole again.

They simply are the BEST plumbing company I have ever worked with. They are neat and clean, wear booties and ensure that they don't leave any messes behind. They are also very thorough and detailed.

I needed a new garbage disposal because it was leaking under the sink and I called rooter hero and Josh the plumber came by and did a great job installing it in record time and also without charging me he did a sewer inspection with a camera. This is my second time hiring Rooter Hero and an equally if not better experience than last time. Shout out to Travis E. my mechanic who was called out to unclog a main line. Turns out that the issue was actually upstream from where I suspected and he helped me determine that. He removed the sink trap and went to work. 10 minutes later and VIOLA!!! Back in action. Travis was professional, kind, attentive, and ready to help. Turns out Travis and I had a few stories to share in common.

It should also be mentioned that the original call service and dispatch service were great to deal with too.
