I was at my mom's in San Francisco and she told me her shower was not working. I found Atef on Angi and was greatly surprised when he contacted me about 10 minutes later and at my mom's 30 minutes later. He was prompt and professional. He was done 15 minutes later but before leaving I asked my mom if anything needed to be done and yes she other bath room issues inwhich all was taken care of andi was really impressed when he came to Antioch to fix my kitchen sink. Oh I forgot the cost for my mom's bathroom less tha than 150 same for my kitchen. I highly recommend IN & OUT to everyone for exceptional service and prices. Atef Abbas is a pleasant and friendly person, who explained what needed to be done and the full cost no surprises. What impressed me most on my mom's job and mine he didn't have disparaging comments about plumbers and asked if we wanted him to do the work. When Atef said he would travel for a job he meant it. I gave my sister his number and she lives in San Jose. Atef thank you again.

We were on the tail end of our 1 year long remodel project when Millbrae Water Works showed up at our house and caught us by surprise by telling us that we needed to do some intense domestic water line upgrades, which required extensive trenching across the street to be able to install a larger water meter for our house.
I spoke to a lot of Plumbers for my project but decided to give the job to IN and Out Plumbing because they seemed very knowledgeable and prompt. They started the work on my house right away, kept me in the loop with all the progress and next steps. They worked well with our neighbors and my contractor and finished our very arduous domestic water tie in, ON budget and ON time without any supervision on my end! We are glad we made the right decision for our project and appreciate the In and Out Plumbing Team for the quick turnaround and successful completion of our domestic line upgrade.

In & Out Plumbing has done some very good work for me in the past. But I had to take a moment to recognize Angel and Gilberto. I had a very difficult job that they had to come back a couple of time to allow another company to do a fix and they came back and put the area back together like nothing ever happened. Professional fast detailed and meticulous. I will always use In & Out for construction jobs at my venue. The Presidio Theatre.

I am very impressed with this business. My water heater began a slow leak on Friday. I called In & Out Plumbing and on Monday my water heater was replaced at a very reasonable cost. The owner Atef was responsive and his employees were professional and friendly which I appreciate. I recommend this business to anyone in search of plumbing needs.

Atef and his team are helpful, professional, and easy to work with. We have needed multiple repairs in our home: a broken garage disposal and an install of a new sink. Both were handled quickly and easily with no fuss.

I’m very happy with their service, I had a blockage in my toilet and tried everything to fix it but I needed a professional to handle it so I called in and out plumbing and they were very nice and came right away to fix the problem before it turned into a disaster. This review is based on just one service call.
The issue was sporadic minor water seepage from a toilet's base. In & Out was among the several I chose from the plethora of online ads, and made the most prompt reply - no charge for house call, in-person quotes, 10% senior discount, and located in the same county. The technician Angel M was prompt, professional, pleasant, and an easy-sell. The repair work he outlined was exactly what I had expected - new wax ring and re-seat - and his quote appeared reasonable (since I hadn't done any comparison shopping at all; seems cruel to have him make another trip just so I could compare prices to the dollar). So I said yes. The work was done quickly, less time than what he had estimated despite the need for a side-trip*, neatly and the bathroom was left cleaner than before. (* In between Angel had to go to a neighborhood store to get a longer bolt that was required; he didn't flinch at all about the extra time spent.) All in all, what I would expect a professional job should be. Thank you, Angel.

My parents had a clogged sewage line from one of their bathrooms. We contacted In & Out Plumbing, and we were very pleased with their services. They setup appointment very quickly, the plumbing technician (Angel) was very courteous, punctual, did an excellent job clearing the line, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend using them if you have any plumbing needs. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I had called In and Out plumbing and Construction for a clogged bathtub, the dispatcher sent one of their techs within the same day to fix my problem. Jose Luis was in and out with no issue. Excellent service! Vicente examined what was going on with my (really clogged), backed-up washing machine drain. He explained the different ways to fix it, starting with the least expensive way, which he recommended first. It worked! Highly Recommend for any and all plumbing needs! Had a sink that drained slowly and ultimately clogged up, called around a few places for help and came across In & Out Plumbing, the call was quickly answered and prices were well within my budget! They sent out Rosendo ASAP and just as their name says, he was In and Out and sink working like new! Will definitely call again and again for any future plumbing issues!

IN & OUT was prompt and responsive upon the first phone call through the entire project. They even came by on Sunday when the situation became urgent. They are proficient with all aspects including: plumbing, tile, cabinets and the sewer. The workers are friendly and took care to cover the floors/carpets. They did a nice job cleaning up at the end of our project. We highly recommend IN & Out Plumbing and will use them again.
