I want to say thank you too In and Out Plumbing and Construction. I had a major back up issue with my sink and toilet and I called right away and thankfully they had availability within 45 minutes. The technician Rosendo had pulled up quick, and got straight to the job. Quoted me around my budget range and was a done deal. I appreciate this company for helping me out. Thank you !

I would like to thank Rosendo for all the work and professional advice on what to do with our bathroom that just got remodeled 2 years ago. We probably should’ve went with a real contractor company not a friend of a friend contractor. Rosendo found out that a small leak that was coming from taking a shower, which ended up leaking under our floor tiles. He ripped out the previous tiles, dried off the collected water under the tiles. I was able to find the leak. In which when Rosendo returned, thought maybe it was coming from the water soaking thru the grout in which the previous contractor did not seal with a silicon caulking. He definitely checked the behind the shower fixtures and it was completely dry. Plus the leak was only after we showered and very minimal. If it was plumbing, it would’ve been worse and consistent. He sealed it with silicon water proof caulking. Waited another day, we showered, and what do you know, THAT WAS IT! He came back replaced the floor with new better looking tiles, replaced the molding, and installed a glass shower cover. Everything looks so professionally done and water proof sealed. All in all, Rosendo did a wonderful job. Thank you Rosendo & thank you Jennifer for being so transparent and informative. I highly recommend this company if you need any work on your house!

I just had my old stainless steel sink removed from my granite counter top in our kitchen. And had a new replacement kitchen sink installed by Noah, from In & Out Plumbing. Most other contractors told me that I would have to have a new countertop installed to install my new sink. But Noah had the knowledge, technical abilities and patience to remove my old sink and install the replacement sink. Although, I do believe that my suggestion to mechanical retention system is what truly retains the sink to the countertop. I can’t say enough good about Noah and In & Out Plumbing and Construction. They are both top notch in my book.

I got 3 quotes & went with In & Out Plumbing and Construction because the staff who answered my calls were competent, scheduled me right away, and the plumber was fantastic! WARNING-Dishonest Company Do Not Use Them

On 7-06-24 I hired them to install a MOEN auto shut-off valve. This required cutting the main water line and inserting a threaded adapter on both sides so the unit can be inserted-a simple job. After the plumber left, I noticed water was dripping from the pipes. I called them and the plumber returned to fix the leak. Many hours later he explained that he had to return my pipes to the original state after he broke the retaining ring that attaches the unit to the pipe. He handed back my $500 MOEN unit in pieces and told me to call his office. After multiple conversations they refused to make things right and incredibly claimed I was to blame. They then said they were refunding my money, and I was on my own with the ruined MOEN unit.

The service was quick and easy. I needed a plumber right away. I will definitely use their services again. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Very pleased with the job to repair & replace toilet intake and connections. They were very prompt in response and keeping me informed of their arrival time and the plumber crew were courteous and very professional.

These guys are great. Fast response and they are problem solvers. Had an outside faucet redone and the technician accidentally turned on our old sprinkler system that is leaky and we don't use anymore. This caused a massive garden leak, but in n out plumbing came back the next day to diagnose and fix the problem at no cost. They also helped by giving me a free estimate for future work underneath the house. I'm really appreciative of all this and wish I told them that we deactivated our sprinklers years ago instead of them accidentally turning the system on. Overall great speed and service.

In & Out Plumbing exceeded our expectations, not only in the quality of work, but also their customer service. We needed a bathroom under-the-counter mounted sink removed and replaced with a new one. A couple of other plumbing contractors that we contacted would not even consider doing the job. Vicente, In & Out Plumbing technician, who did the estimate and the work, handled the job professionally and confidently. The hardest part of this project was removing the sink without damaging the granite countertop. He did this with great precision and treated the countertop with care as if it was his own. He kept us informed of the process and next steps. This being a two-day project, he arrived on-time, every time. We are more than pleased with In & Out Plumbing and would consider them again for any of our future plumbing needs.

I had a water heater fail on Saturday night. I called In & Out Plumbing on Sunday morning and they were there 2 hours later with a replacement unit. Highly recommend.

had quick and very helpful service with a gas leak in my dryer connection that was in big need of a repair. Additionally want to shout out their team when their was a discrepancy between the quote and the price of the job they reached out to me immediately and remedied the situation. I had a sink come lose from under quartz countertops. The company that put my counters in came out and”reattached” the sink. Well it came lose again. Called In and Out. Their tech came out and spent hours cleaning up the mess the previous company should have done. It’s perfect now. We can tell it’s solid. He also put new sealer on the tiles behind the sink. Excellent work. I hope we won’t need a plumber again but if we do we will not hesitate to call In and Out. Thank you!!

I requested an estimate to install a gas shut-off valve behind the stove for my parents to met code before I can help them purchase a new gas stove for delivery. The company sent Rosendo the tech out for an estimate. It was done on the spot with my agreement and done quickly after Rosendo got the parts. He was paying attention to details as he worked, turned off the main gas valve, checked the water heater, and checked to make sure no gas leaks before starting the job. Afterwards, he made sure everything got turned back on and ensuring no gas leak and cleaned up everything before leaving. I was happy with the job, so now I can help my parents purchase a new gas stove.
