Just had our repair man leave (Vicente) and wanted to reach out and post a review.
Holy moly what superb service! We had a few situations with our plumbing. Called in for a kitchen faucet pressure issue and had proper maintenance issues assessed that hadn’t even been addressed by previous plumbers. Vicente was literally on time, 2:30pm. Polite, professional, and discussed the new issues with an estimate and willingness to work on it immediately. Best part of this was it was half the price we previously paid for work that was not completed for the kitchen faucet. No upselling, gives you a honest assessment of what needs to be looked at, no rush job, and so polite. We are definitely going to stay with In and Out Plumbing and Construction as well as pass along to friends who ask for a plumber. Thank you so much Vicente, your company has a gem working there.

I appreciate this company ! They were willing to come immediately. I was not able to get a hold of my cousin to let them in and they were nice enough to reschedule for the next day (Saturday). They came the next day on a Saturday and did not charge us extra.
They did a great job, resolved our issue without any up sale or orchestrated problem that was not there. Honest, dependable, friendly, professionals, and fair priced!

I had an excellent experience with In and Out Plumbing. I called Friday morning about a leaking main shut-off valve to my house and spoke with Jennifer, the office manager. She was incredibly helpful and quickly connected me with their plumber, Jose. He was able to meet me within a couple of hours and provided a fair and reasonable quote, which I was happy to accept. I’ve worked with a lot of plumbers and plumbing companies before. This company is different. What I liked about this company: 1) Transparent pricing. 2) No oversell on the first job. Now I’ll call them back for more jobs. 3) Alec - the receptionist is clear, communicative, and responsive. 4) Both Michael and Jose seemed like good plumbers and nice people. 5) The “boss” seems to run a good, efficient business. Everyone checks in with him and he makes decisions on pricing and process.

Overall, I’m very happy I went with this company.

Great experience with In & Out Plumbing. Jose was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable while providing maintenance service on our water heater—he took the time to explain everything and made sure it was running smoothly. Angel and his crew were fabulous. Water heater leak in the morning and replaced by 4:00 pm. Not just any heater but a special unit with a forced air blower. Very professional, they were on time and they did a great job Highly recommend them. The price was better than the other plumbers that we solicited 10 stars but google only allowed me to give 5.

We had a nightmare with our toilet last night backed up you name it. Called splash fix plumbing at 11 o’clock at night. Got an appointment for the next morning. Arturo gave us a gave us an heads up when he was arriving. He was so helpful, explained everything, and did the best job ever. Hopefully, we will not need their services anytime soon, but if we do, I’d request Arturo.

SplashFix has come in clutch for me! They are very knowledge about many different problems I have had and they have great at fixing the issue. Isaac has help me out a few times and the guy is super nice and really out here trying to just help people no BS! Their prices are very fair and reasonable. They are also a family business and we love supporting a local family business.

I was referred to SplashFix by my insurance company, which made me install a water leak detector as part of my coverage. They gave me a window of 9 am - 1 pm arrival. Arturo texted me 15 mins before and got here right at 9:30. He's the only service person I had all week who actually made it within their promised window.

From there, he found the water main, did the entire device install, and helped me sync it to my phone. He also answered all the questions I had in the meantime (plus plenty more I had out of curiosity). The entire install was finished before I realized.

I'm holding onto the SplashFix card in case I ever need a plumber again in the future. Wonderful experience that I would recommend to everybody.

So happy with our bathroom remodel! We had plumbing issues and backups prior to the remodel but James & James took care of that. They suggested we increase the size of our pipes which solved the issue. Now we can enjoy our new bathroom without worrying it will leak down to our second floor or backup at the connection to the sewer line. Great service and work you can trust!

Cristian, from SplashFix did a fantastic job installing a smart shut-off valve. He was punctual, very respectful and took the time to explain everything he was going to do. I appreciate his transparency around costs and providing options with context so that we could be well informed about any additional services or cost increase. The valve software took a bit off time to update and Cristian stayed extra time to make sure everything was working well before leaving. I would definitely call SplashFix and ask for his services if we need any other plumbing support in the future.

My husband and I are building an addition to our home. Isaac agreed to do our plumbing for us. I am his mother so I will give you the objective comments made by the construction workers doing our addition. They said it was one of the most professional and clean jobs they have seen. His attention to detail and accuracy are unparalleled. Isaac and his assistant, Ricky, are friendly and professional. They always strive to do the best job they can while making sure the clients experience the least amount of disruption to their lives when dealing with plumbing issues.

Arturo installed a water shutoff device required by my insurance company. He was very pleasant to deal with and was quick and efficient with the installation. He was incredibly helpful and patient in installing the app that I need to monitor and control the device. I was reluctant to have the device installed figuring that it was one more complication in my life that I didn’t need. By the time he left, I was totally comfortable and at ease that I knew how to use the app and it’s not a hassle at all. So big thanks to Arturo, I definitely recommend him.
