Changed controls for a shower from 2 handles and a diverter to a single handle. Job required Carlos to cut into tile redo copper lines install new hardware. The cover plate fits perfectly. Nice clean efficient job and both Carlos and Feren are a pleasure to work with.

Discover Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater for us. They were terrific! Their proposal was very competitive and they proposed a state of the art tankless model. Their communication was very good (they use a semi-automated text-based system but Sharon was always available in person). The installation went smoothly--it took a bit longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, but they were clear about the reasons and there were no upcharges. Subsequent to completion, we asked them back to revise one detail of the installation and they did so happily and again with no additional charge. We are very happy with their service and professionalism. They will be our plumber for any needs we may have in the future.

Can't recommend Castillo Plumbing enough. Called them when our kitchen sink sprung a leak over the weekend, and they were out within a couple of hours — no inflated emergency pricing, no runaround. The tech was friendly, explained exactly what was going on, and had it fixed quickly without pushing unnecessary add-ons. He even flagged a small issue under the bathroom vanity I didn't know about, with zero pressure to fix it on the spot. Clean work, fair price, and they left the place tidier than they found it. In an area where good plumbers are hard to come by, Castillo is the real deal. They've earned a repeat customer.

Our water heater went out on Saturday night. I called another well-known plumbing service that advertised 24/7 service. They were supposed to come on Sunday but called early Sunday to say that they would not be coming. So I called Castillo who offered AND delivered on the promise of 24 hour service. Erick arrived within an hour and determined that the water heater couldn't be fixed and we would need a replacement. He left to locate the replacement and returned a few hours later. He worked for several hours to drain the old heater, remove it and install the new one. He left our house with the hot water restored and the laundry room where the heater is located cleaner than when he arrived. He was courteous and efficient. Jimmy, who I spoke with several times in the office, was also incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. I am very pleased with Castillo Plumbing and their excellent service.
