I interviewed 4 different plumbing companies and chose Empire Plumbing. Steve came out to provide an estimate and Steve was no nonsense, no selling, no fluff, just facts and to the point. Just the way I like to do business. Steve and the Empire Team jumped on my house the next day. I had to repipe the whole house and replace two toilet drains. The Empire Team finished everything in one week. I could not be happier. I do not normally write reviews but I felt compelled because they deserve it. I will definitely recommend Empire Plumbing to my friends and family. I am just so grateful for their help. Excellent Work!!!

Empire for the WIN. Attic was completely swept and sealed. New insulation added as well as AC Tune Up and Tankless Service. Roberto, Marco, Edwin, Mario, William, Darcy , and Donnie all provided exemplary service and I was very pleased with the entire project. Price & Service 👏👍

What a great experience. My HVAC need to be replaced. Empire was recommended by a friend. But I also got 4 other quotes. Empire's Keith was amazing. He was honest, explains the status, outline options. While most companies push to replace condenser and furnace with hard tactics, Keith gave options with his honest assessment. Furnace last longer than condensers - installed and maintained well. We always maintained and it was installed 13 yrs ago.

HVAC lasts 10-20 years if installed and maintained. You want a company who are honest and willing to walk to journey with you. Besides my friend, I read the reviews online. And the journey of getting the 4 quotes gave an insight to good-bad companies. While Keith's quote was not the cheapest, I ended up choosing Empire because of Keith.

Keith and his team (Roberto and Mario came) right ontime. Very courteous and clean. Installed well, tested and changed out Nest thermostat, which I bought, for all my zones. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Keith and Empire.

Now, I have switched my 2x/year maintenance to Empure too. I'm sure it will be the same experience for years to come.

I have used Empire for both A/C and plumbing for many years. I was so happy to discover them. They are professional and reasonable and respond quickly. Their staff is experienced, helpful and friendly. They do a good job with A/C system maintenance, too. Highly recommended.

Referring by a friend, AC tech, William and his assistant, Eduardo, came out to repaire my AC. The office communicated with me efficiently and letting me know William is on his way. William is very professional, on time to my house, and repaired my AC in a timely manner. Pricing is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend the services providing by Empire.

Empire installed our HVAC about a year ago. It's worked perfectly and they were wonderful to work with. A tech came out to help trouble shoot a Nest Thermostat and it was up and running in minutes. Highly recommend Empire. Fast, honest and no BS.

Had a great experience with Empire! Our air conditioning unit started pumping out warm air last night at the peak of this heat wave. I called Empire in the morning and they were able to get a technician out in a few hours. He was quickly able to diagnose the issue and make the repair on the spot. We got a fair price and amazing service. I worked with Donald and Brian and I just have to give them the biggest shout out! Professional, courteous and true subject matter experts. So glad Brian was able to repair our unit. We will be going to empire when we have to replace our unit.

We had Brian come out to help fix our ac unit, and he was honestly the best HVAC person I've ever come across. He was extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything, and really helped me understand the workings behind the ac unit no one has really ever taken the time to do. He fixed our ac unit extremely quick, and even took the time to make sure it was working before just leaving. This will be the only place I call from now on for my families ac work and plumbing! Techs were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked hard to get everything working and clean with as little disruption to our daily routine as possible. They did a great job and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Empire Services replaced & installed a new furnace in my home over 15 yrs ago. I get yearly maintenance to check the system and clean the HEPA filters and the furnace runs like a top with great heating output. Maintenance personnel are professional, important & affordable.

Marko & his partner did great job replacing approximately 35’ of the area drain leading from the side of the house to the side walk at the street. About 25’ of walkway concrete had to be cut to do so. Most of the drain pipe was completely clogged with tree roots. I’m very happy with the work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Empire Plumbing & HVAC for all related work.

We just had Empire plumbing and heating come Come out and replace AC unit that broke down in the middle of this heat and humidity they did excellent work for a very decent price , very helpful & Endless options .Thanks to Brians knowledge and expertise in explaining exactly how things work we were able to make the rite decision for us and we had our first good night sleep in a week so thanks to their prompt response to our request Would definitely recommend them. …. Never know what you’re gonna get when you look on craigslist and I couldn’t have been happier with Empire sending Brian to help us days after Christmas. Pricing was reasonable. Diagnostic was extremely thorough and Brian lent his expertise. Every chance he got. Already planning to have them change my whole system and add air conditioning as well as move my furnace into my attic. Brian is the kind of person every business wants and needs representing them and performing amazing work.

Keith from empire came out and inspected my floor furnace which needed repair. The cost of repairing it would have been almost as much replacing it. Keith was very professional, courteous and easy to talk to, I didn't feel pressed or rushed to make a decision he also educated me on how it functions etc which was very helpful. Unlike other companies that come out and rush and are not thorough I was very pleased with the service from Empire and was not charged a high fee for the inspection. I highly recommend Empire. The technician was prompt and professional. He quickly replaced our bathroom faucet and drain and cleaned up after his repair. He was very polite and answered any questions I had. We are very satisfied with the work.

Empire is the company you can rely on. They installed my HVAC system. On Saturday morning my nest thermostat showed no power error. I called Empire and shared the issue and told them it’s not urgent. BUT they offered to have someone come by within an hour!!! The owner of the company prioritize customers first and shows it everyday with his team. And he has a great team.

Brian is superb!!! He came and within minutes troubleshoot and fixed the issue. It was the wiring that caused the issue. The best, Brian educated me on why it could have happened and possible steps including warranty wt Nest. And the entire time with a big smile.
