Brian was amazing!! Another company wanted to charge us 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix our AC.. turns out, we only needed a 350 dollar part and an air filter cleaning. Brian was nice professional and quick. In an hr everything was done and our house was cool once again 😊 definitely recommend!!!!!

Other people that came out before didn't connect the cords back properly to our AC they were extremely loose. Keith came out not only was he very professional but took the time to explain thoroughly our exact issue. It was a quick easy fix and now our AC works great. Will be calling Keith again if there any more further issues.

I am so pleased and thankful for Empire! Donald and Brian are professional and helpful. Brian answered all of my questions (patiently because there were a lot!) and explained his answers politely. It was the hottest week of summer yet and we were saved from melting by Empire’s team. They were very responsive and it was easy to schedule. We decided to replace our old HVAC system and shopping around obtained a few Quotes and we came across Empire Services which was well within our Budget. That was replacing the entire HVAC system (AC, Heater and the Compressor and replacing All Attic Ducts and the Registers). After, Levin completed our paperwork, they scheduled the Crew, and although the estimated time to complete the project was for four Days the entire project was completed in just One and a Half days. We were Pleasantly Surprised. Our sincere Thank You to the Team namely, Levin, William, Lance, Robert and Mario and the rest of the team working behind the scene. Most importantly respecting our property and for their professionalism. They are Pros in the Trade. No hesitation in recommending Empire Services. I used them all the way back in 2020 to fix our heater and they just replaced our ancient AC with a heat pump and it was/is great. Super pleased with the install, maintenance, customer service, etc.

So many true, and great things to say about Empire. Today we had two potential issues at the house. The first was scheduled, to fix something that previous contractor had really botched. Roberto, Mario, and Keith were prompt, professional, helpful, and they took care of the repair completely. Later, we needed Colby to come by to help rule out another problem with different equipment.. He was also professional, and very patient with answering my questions. It’s really valuable to be able to trust Empire and its representatives this much. Highest recommendations, and thank you, Empire.

Empire Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my new ac system. They tried to repair my old unit but it was to far gone so we decided to replaced it. Empire came in and it was done in a day and a half. Now the house is cooling properly, we can enjoy be cool in our home. So thank you Empire Plumbing for coming to the rescue!

It is with heavy heart I must give empire a 1 star as I had a great conversation with the HVAC tech and feels he is a nice and knowledgeable person who did in fact fix the problem which he showed up for. My biggest concern and felt cheated after the fact is what I was charged. Almost 100% more than what other companies are charging. In fact I inquired again with a different name and address asking specifically how much it would cost for the service and was quoted much lower which left me utterly speechless. There is a stigma when working with skilled labors who know the trade often is out there to rip off consumers and this is exactly that horror story. I am very disappointed because although my problem is fixed the outcome and my satisfaction level is in the negatives. Again I like the tech I just don't know why I am over charged. If I'm going to be honest. A 15 dollar part with 3 wires plug and play shouldn't cost 500 dollars total. Let's just say service call fee is 77 which is what empire quoted and part is 15 marked up double it would still be close to the 150 dollar range and not 500. What's worse is their pricing seems to be fluid and not standardized which means they can mark up on the fly. I hope Jim or the owner gets this message and change it's practices because if you're going to run a family business understand that bad customer satisfaction and negative review such as this will hurt your bottom line in the short / long term. There will be residual effects which ultimately hurt in financial ways so please be more honest and fair with price and earn your customers loyalty instead of this dishonest and shady way.

Our tenants had what ended up being a significant plumbing issue. Of course, I was informed on Super Bowl Sunday. First thing Monday morning I was on the case to resolve the issue. Empire Plumbing was the first to actually pick up the phone, they sent out a plumber right away to discover it wasn't just a typical sewer auger job.

My plumber Stephan was very competent and took his time into deciphering what was wrong. The next day, he and his partner Mario were in the ground to discover a massive root ball which ruptured the clay pipe. A few hours later, I had new PVC piping and a clean out. Most importantly, I took care of our tenants in an expedited manner.

Typically with jobs such as these, I get a couple bids to make sure the pricing is fair. Due to the situation, as well as Stephan's competency and being able to get on the job right away, Empire was hired and they delivered.

I can say with full confidence that I would have no hesitancy in hiring Empire to do future Plumbing work.

This is the second time I have used Empire in the last week for two completely separate AC units. They are fantastic! Both times Brian came out. He was on-time, knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and repaired quickly. Highly recommend!

We have used Empire for many years now to install, service and maintain the wall heaters at our three California rental properties. They have always done an outstanding job, responding quickly whenever a unit has malfunctioned. We have reasonably priced maintenance agreements with them that renew every fall. If we haven't called them, they call us with a reminder. For several years now we've had the same technician, Brad, do our inspections, which he must do well since we rarely have a problem once the tenants start using the units.
Importantly, getting hold of them is easy and everyone who answers the phone actually does what they say they will do. And is nice to talk to as well.
(We don't have them on our own house merely because we're midwesterners, and it never gets cold enough here for us to turn on heat. We just throw on a sweater.)

I had the unfortunate experience of having my AC go out during the summer and the heater go out during the winter. On both occasions I contacted Empire Plumbing. They were able to diagnose both problems and get the unit up and running. Their technician was very knowledgeable with the older unit I had and got it up and running. Once the unit was got going there were no issues afterwards. Their technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and I would recommend for any repairs on an AC unit.

We've been using Empire for a few years. It started with a service call for a chiller and since then they have replaced a condenser, installed AC in our warehouse/production area, and replaced an AC unit in the office area. Nothing but good things to say. They even had someone ready to come out on a Saturday morning. They are our go to for anything heating and cooling related. Highly recommend this company.
