The tech, Brian Enell, arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He explained to me the problem and possible solutions with the estimates for them. He fixed our AC fast. Thank you Brian for making our old unit work again.

Had a water emergency with my main line. The only ones that would help with answers to my questions were Empire. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and arrived as early as possible. He spent a good part of the day working the issue and did not leave until he had done everything possible to solve our leak. Josh was very polite, easy to talk to and above all else professional. I would highly recommend this company any day of the week!

I called for them to come on a Sunday night and Steve came first thing Monday morning. He was thorough, explained everything to me, and didn’t pressure me to do anything more than I needed. My Air Conditioning service tech Brad Chase was so informative and willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. After many years it came time for a new A/C. He took his time to info me of the different options available, and the best value for your money. And was he right my electric bill was cut in half. His business card is the only one I give out now.
