Josh and Javier were a great help. They were quick and communicated well so that I could understand what the problem was and how they would repair it. They were neat and careful in my home and very courteous. I will definitely call Scott Harrison Plumbing next time I have a plumbing concern.

My gas wall furnace would not turn on even if the thermostat is switched on. Scott Harrison and Bert came in. Scott knows exactly what to adjust but he still told Bert what to look for in order to double check. After making adjustments in the pilot light and checking also the flue for possible blockage, everything looks in good order.
A few months ago, Scott also checked the forced-air gas furnace in my other house that was for sale. He wrote in his report that the furnace is very old and is working exactly as designed. This saved me thousands because the house buyer claims that it was not working properly and wanted me to have a new furnace installed. It’s good to have Scoot do the inspection as he has over 40 yrs experience in the business.

Scott and his crew have worked for us many times. The first project they did a pipe location. When they pulled out the jack hammer to bust my floor out I was nervous, but they found the broken pipe. They did a great job. That was 11 years back. They have done many projects since then. I've taken 3 estimates for a few projects and they come in the middle every time. I would pay more money for their service, because I feel safe with their work. We just leave the keys now and they fix the problem every time. Thank you!! Tobi

We have been using Scott Harrison Plumbing for quite a few years now and have always had a good experience. Made an appt. with Shannon last week who is always professional. Scott Harrison Plumbing replaced my tankless water heater with a new and better product. They also installed water filters and have done annual maintenance on the heater. The service is outstanding. Scott Harrison plumbing is great! I called and spoke with Shannon who promptly answered and got us scheduled to repair a Rennai heater. Jaymes came out as scheduled and examined the unit. After explaining the unit, cost estimate, he repaired the heater professionally. The work area was clean. I will recommend them for all residential and business repairs.

Bert was awesome! He was on time and came to my home with his mask, booties and great personality. We explained to him what the issue was and he was able to diagnose the problem and order the new stem/cartridges for the bathroom faucet. We also had him diagnose the diverter for the tub. Bert came back in two days to replace the cartridges and the faucet is working now. Thanks Bert and we will see you next time.

Tankless water heater needed replacement and was referred to Scott Harrison Plumbing from “another” plumber who said they had the expertise and know how regarding “tankless water heaters”! I had other quotes from different vendors but when Bert from
Scott Harrison showed up and walked me through his diagnostic test and subsequently his assessment, I knew I would be utilizing this company to handle the replacement of my tankless water heater. Bert was very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the install, maintenance and upkeep. Cost is always a factor, and I definitely appreciated their competitive pricing without sacrificing the quality of their work!!! Job was done in a timely manner and we now have hot water again!!!! It doesn't get much better than Scott Harrison Plumbing and Heating when it comes to service, attention to detail, and good, old-fashioned hard work. From start to finish working with this company was a breeze, and my hot water returned in no time - I even go a temporary fix for my unit (included as a courtesy) while parts were ordered. I will use this company annually for my maintenance of the hot water heater. Could not have been easier and completely competitively priced. Great company.

I’m sure the value was good as well but I have no comparison. Scott came out the day I called and went over any expectations I had to help me with a temporary fix.
The crew that did the subsequent repairs and upgrades were extremely clean, very friendly, totally through, willing to answer a swarm of questions, and left my home exactly as they found it, possibly even better.
They left me with an album of photos in case I ever need to prove what was done.
I will not only call them again, I will highly recommend them to my friends!

They are a family owned and operated business that has helped us out on many occasions. Our home was built in 1963 and we’ve naturally had our share of plumbing needs over the years. From leaking hose bibs, clogged drain lines, FAH repair, natural gas line connections and most recently a new kitchen sink and faucet. Our technician, Danny Castro, was everything I appreciate about this company. He was on time, very dependable, clearly experienced and friendly with every aspect of our installation from start to finish. They even went as far as sending over a great handyman to handle cutting and fitting the new counter for the sink. We literally cannot thank them enough for years and years of great service!

I've used Scott Harrison Plumbing many times in the past and will continue to do so in the future. It has been many years since the last time I used them, but this latest 'adventure' proved just as satisfying and with a great and expected outcome. Daniel & Javier came out and did a great job with cutting old cast iron drains in the wall and rebuilding everything. The job was fast and efficient. A small leak was discovered that night and Bert came by to remedy. All these technicians know their stuff and, this is important to me, are not ARROGANT as has been my experience with other tradesmen. All were knowledgable and friendly and I so appreciate their expertise. The finished product is great, so much better drainage than we've had in years!!! Kudos (as always) to Scott Harrison Plumbing and the entire crew (oh, and the front office was excellent as well in setting up the appointment and working with me on time!)

Bert was professional, knowledgeable, good mannered, friendly and thorough in repairing our hot water heater. In addition to getting the water heater to work, he checked the entire unit and all the connections. He tightened bolts that had minor gas leaks and gave instructions on how to care for the unit.
