We've used J&J for multiples services and we're quite please with the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the services they offer.

The first time we used J&J was to replace an old AC unit. They had an excellent and knowledgeable staff and had a rep come out to give us an estimate. The whole process was easy to understand and the rep made sure to work around us, which we greatly appreciated. Once the work was agreed upon, we signed the required paper work and the installation and all the headaches were taken care of by the company. The company was in contact with us the whole time which was another point of good recognition. We also used their duct cleaning services which was fast and easy.

I would highly commend J&J for their customer service alone. Everyone from the person answering the lines, the rep that did the estimate, to the technician that came out to see the unit and even the person dropping off a ladder, all treated us with kindness and respect. We have a family member who is currently battling cancer and another that is currently immune-compromised. They worked with us (using masks and being overall mindful) and around these issues to provide a stellar service. Overall, superb.

Could not be happier! Our AC unit went down in the evening of a 103 degree day. We have a toddler and the next few days were about equally as hot so we panicked. I messaged J&J around 6:45am the next morning, I had a call back by 8am, they sent their tech, Sam, out by 10a. Sam shows up, I explain everything to him and he looked at me and said “don’t worry, I got this”. Found the issue and needed a part that was not on his truck.. he said he could possibly be back later that day to fix it after going back to get the part, but he was unsure if it would be later the same day or within 1-2 days as you could imagine with this heat, they are slammed. My wife and I were grateful but expressed our concern about our daughter and was really hoping he could come back the same day and he said he was going to do his best. Then, about 30 min later I see his van pull back in our driveway. He was able to rearrange his day and got the part and came right back and we were back up and running by 12:30pm. I could not believe it! Old fashioned good quality service and a true care for the customer. You never see this any more these days. I never leave a review on anything.. but as a business owner, some things need to be expressed, and we cannot thank J&J Services and Sam more. Thank you again! Customers for life.

J&J did a wonderful job in keeping us cool! They sent a very friendly, knowledgeable technician (Rosario) who diagnosed/repaired the issue, hassle free. I appreciated him explaining the process and arriving on time. The office staff kept us posted on the timeline and assured us we'd be next in the event of cancellations. Excellent service visit by Zach from Tokay this morning. He was polite, called to let me know he was on his way, was on-time, put his shoe covers on before entering, let me know what he'd be doing in clear, informative way, debriefed afterwards, asked if questions and actively listened.
Shout out to customer service representative Catherine as well. All the same polite, helpful qualities.

My heater has problem not starting. Chris came early than I expected. Chris fixed detect the issue and fixed it quickly. The price is very very reasonable. I am very thankful. Great doing business with an honest and capable person.

The best ac shop in town

I had an emergency. The owner of the company personally took his time out of his day and dealt with it. Very attentive and got the job. Definitely recommend comfort air. don’t use anyone else EVER

I had Comfort Air replace my unit several years ago. The job was done timely and done right. Very happy with this company. I had them service my air conditioner last week. Much to by surprise I recieved a follow up call this week to check on my satisfaction with the visit. How awesome is that!. Everything went very well and Trae the tech that they sent was very knowledgeable about the system and provided good input of things to do to help keep our unit working in top conditions. In addition he also provides information about thier annual maintenance program. Thier programs are a very good value especially since this is a high dollar item To replace. So very much worth the money. It's refreshing to see and get this type of service and follow-up. Excellent, excellent company. 👏

I will definitely use them again. The technician showed me the problem- repaired it. He went out of his way to do several minor things that he did not have to do as was being helpful to me.
My father is a general contractor but being 83 years old and lives in another city he doesn't get around as well anymore but he tells me what to look for when somebody comes to do a repair. I can't count how many times i have been taken advantage of in the past. Comfort Air was awesome and very reasonably priced. Very honest and that is so refreshing

The company I work for has recently begun using this company for repairs and I don't think we could've made a better choice in switching to them. I've worked with a few of their technicians including Bart, Joel, and now William, and I have to say that they have all been phenomenal to work with. They, along with the people who help schedule service have been very informative, friendly, and FAST. From scheduling to getting repairs done, they have been nothing but fantastic, and I truly appreciate the promptness and thorough service. If you need help with AC/HVAC issues and are looking for a great and reliable company, then stop looking and give this company a call because you certainly won't regret it.
