J&J provided VIP services and more! Everything from notifications of the technician arrival, to checking the heating system, to going over his work with us was insightful and made us feel good about what we have. Rhashad was very professional, informative and friendly. He advised us on ways to improve our home system. He is also helping us to explore other home improvements which J&J may be able to service. We extended our contract with them.

A good experience all around. Cody was very helpful and informative. My installer was on time an explained why I could not vent my atic fan to the east. Gables too small. The wait time for the fan was short. Office staff friendly.
All good.

First and foremost customer service was great. Ryan who was responsible of scheduling did a great job. He actually was able to get an appointment in sooner. Also they double checked to confirm appointment time. Joe was very thorough and professional. He explained the service he provided and also took time to show me other important maintenance with HVAC and what to look out for. Thank you!

… Rosario Ramirez from J&J Services, came to my home today to inspect and evaluate the 2 air conditioning units. He did everything within his power to try to get them fixed, but to no avail, as these units are 40+ years old. (Hey, they worked great in 1983)
He is very knowledgeable about his profession, and took the time and answered and addressed every single question and concern that I had. He also showed me a number of options that I might do in replacing and bringing my furnaces and AC units up to date. I would also say that he is a very likable, personable, courteous, and conscientious young man, and I much appreciated that. Five stars all the way for him and the J&J Company.

The service was 5 stars including professionalism and timeliness. Customer service is always great. The problem causing a $648 repair/fix was equally caused by initial installation as well as city clearing a job that hadn't ensured the draining was setup properly. In the end, I
got to foot the bill. I would simply encourage others to double/triple check installers work as troubleshooting needed to be done and was missed to my detriment.

We are very happy with our service from J & J. They were able to schedule us quickly. The technician arrived on time, he was kind and efficient. Everything happened just as I was told it would in my initial call. We are very pleased with them.

The experience of working with J&J and Rhashad was wonderful from the time we got the notice he was on his way to providing his professional knowledge and skills on the assessing and tuning the system, to reviewing his work with us. He shared his insights on how to reduce utility costs, and we explored various other home improvements J&J may be able to service. We also extended our contract.

I called J&J and their phone was promptly answered. They offered me an appointment for the very next day. Sam H. Came out and answered all my questions and fixed my AC in less than an hour. Great customer service all the way around. I will in turn recommend to all my clients! Thank you!

In calling out j&j air to address my air conditioning unit that was low on freon they offered to evacuate the system and refill it and then putting in a dye with the sealant hence costing just over $1,000 4 hours later the unit quits working and they will give me no compensation back for the services render after sending a second technician out to tell me that my system is no longer function which is why I call them in the first place. In speaking to Carlos he had offered a $500 credit for them to continue to do further work by replacing the entire unit costume just over $10,000. I asked Carlos to refund that money I understand that they have overhead and some material was used and I would accept the the loss of that but he refused to give me any other credit unless I went through them and purchasing of a new unit. However given the integrity of not giving a customer or compensation after only 4 hours and after they have worked on my unit that it completely stop functioning I wanted to be sure that I let those who use their services know what they may expect.

I did wish Carlos a blessed day but told him I would no longer be using his services and I'll seek a replacement by another more reputable company demonstrating a higher level of integrity.

Your response is a public display of diverting responsibility. If the state was worked on why would charge a customer $1000 then tell them after the fact. Your statement is misleading since you are the only company called and came out when the unit failed after being serviced by j&j . This is the reason I would no longer use your service. You confirmed integrity of your service and I would be lead to assume your product.

The technician was on time. He was very friendly and polite. He diagnosed the issue with the fan blades not turning and had the necessary part for the repair. He was very efficient and explained what was needed and completed the job in no time. We really appreciate the great job and service to help deal with the heat! The technician’s name is Mitchell.

J&J have amazing service technicians and very professional mannerisms. They worked with us to sort out or heater issues, our home is older and our duct work was basically dissolving. They worked with us to come out and replace our duct work and coil on our heat pump. While doing the duct work replacement the installers were very friendly and even made my 6 year old happy by answering his questions. I highly recommend J&J heating and air for all your hvac needs in the years we have used them They have always stood by their work and been very accommodating and fair in pricing. Will absolutely continue using them for our home.

This is was a difficult decision with prices of new AC / Heat Pump so terribly high. But J & J Services helped us out. We are totally happy with the services and the new product by J&J. They are kind, efficient and compassionate! Thank you, J & J Services, for your year-round services!

I would highly recommend J&J their customer service was excellent. They texted me with the reminder of my service appt. They texted me with the name of my service tech and that he was on his way to me. Samuel my tech was kind and courteous. He explained my issues and i even talked to his boss to confirm his findings. They emailed my estimate and it was very reasonable.

Great maintenance specials. Tech, Justin, was very nice and knowledgeable. Very thorough in explaining the quotes I would be receiving in regards to additional svc's. I also thought it was cool that they send you a picture of the tech who will be arriving to do your service. Their communication with their clients during scheduling, day of arrival, etc is superb. I cannot say enough good things about J & J Services!! From the moment I contacted them for help with my heating and cooling system, they provided top-notch service.
First and foremost, their response time was impeccable. I was experiencing a Cooling emergency on a sweltering hot night, and they arrived within the hour. The technician was not only punctual but also incredibly courteous and professional, went the extra mile he pulled my garbage cans back to my side yard from the street!
The technician diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the problem in a way that I could easily understand. J&J was great to work with. I had originally scheduled my duct cleaning for after my home remodeling work was done, and my contractor was gonna run over, and J&J was accommodating & easy to reschedule with. Then I came down with the flu, and again great & easy to call and reschedule. The two gentlemen who came out and did the service were efficient, fast and thorough. Good at communication to. I definitely recommend using them.

Samuel seemed reliable and honest and operated with integrity.
I recommend him and J&J to anyone who is looking for some great AC technicians.
He took the time to answer any questions I may have.
Finding companies you can trust with your AC is difficult, but J&J and Samuel did a great job. I only have one suggestion: Please have your technician equipped with special covers for their food or shoes when they step on the carpet so they don't have to ask the owner to go up and down the stairs to adjust the thermostat.

The quality of work is always important, But even more I was so impressed with the customer service that I wanted to share.
Not only from making an appointment but to the technician that visited our home we felt like they truly cared.

This a review only for the technician that was appointed to provide service for our home.

I don’t doubt that this company does a great job and this review is not to deter anyone from using their service. But, I will openly provide an honest review of my experience.

Firstly, the technical arrived around the appointed time. But, when the questions started I took it as sort rude the way they were asking, they even asked about my family race when asking for our names, which I found ok, until they didn’t say anything after I provided what race we were.

To be quite frank, they smelled of alcohol. That’s the only reason I’m doing this review, in hopes J&J can keep a close watch on the conduct of their technicians.

After providing the quote, and I politely declining, they push the $100 fee for consultation abruptly interrupting me.

I even provide ice water, which he declined and said they had drinks in his vehicle. Not implying alcohol but it was like 89 degrees outside.

In final, I reiterate that i believe this company is a stand up company, but again the conduct of your technicians I find, is imperative to keeping your upstanding reputation. I wish you all the best in the future.
