Our AC stopped working during 100 degree weather ! Called Rod Johnson's Air Conditioning and they responded immediately. Our unit was not very efficient for the size of our house upon review by their technician. It was also very old and needed to be replaced. Their installers came out and replaced the heating and AC unit in only 2 days !! Install included replacing all lines and electrical hookup. I am so relieved that I know I have a top grade and efficient unit that was installed by pros. They were so thoughtful the whole time and I felt safe through the whole process. Thank you to all I had contact with.

Knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly, Rod Johnson was on time and got the job done. We thought we had problems with our vent filter not having a place to latch on to and was causing dust throughout the house but our service man Anthony just looked at the unit itself and found that our filter was elsewhere and definitely needed a change. The rest seemed like clockwork, Anthony cleaned the ducts, swept the debris , and left the house better than when he came in. Thanks again!

On the day we were expecting 104 degree weather, our A/C went out. We called Rod Johnson to see if they could come out, but customer service said they were booked for the day. They would let the technician know about our call and maybe he would be able to fit us in. We had guests over for the weekend, so having our A/C go out was extremely stressful. Dave Lara (Technician) arrived at 9:00 a.m. and we were so relieved. Our greatest fear was the thought that our whole A/C unit would need to be replaced. Dave took a look and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. Turned out our capacitor was out and just needed to be replaced. Whole job took less than 20 minutes and our A/C was running. They could have easily told us something else was wrong and charged us thousands of dollars for a new unit. They were very honest and this is the second time we used them. Dave was very friendly and helpful, explaining what was wrong. His service made us a loyal customer and we highly recommend Rod Johnson. Dave Lara was very knowledgeable, honest and his customer service was second to none.

Karen was very professional, had a great attitude and clear on the services being preformed. I would rate my experience with Karen and Rod Johnson a 5 out of 5! They also had a young man who came out 3 months prior to fix my heater that was great as well. I wish I could remember his name to give him the credit he deserves. His name was Yong Chan

AC had an issue and they have a technician coming out same day and in the morning. Very greatful for the customer service and and quick response time. My family has used Rod Johnson for all HVAC repairs and new units. We have been very pleased and happy.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I couldn't be more displeased with a company! In 2021 I had a new AC installed. Seemed fine. The next year it needed Freon. I was told that every year AC units need it. This spring it wasn't working. I was charged $2156.00 for the repair. The tech told me the unit should never have been installed in the first place as it was a damaged unit. He gave me pictures to prove it. He said that after this company was sold all of the employees had been let go and new techs were hired. I told the office manager I didn't think I should have to pay for the repairs since it was damaged to begin with. She told me that the new owner was having to pay for all the other repair work being done from the previous owner's employees. I guess I didn't make the cut. Well it still doesn't work properly. I had a different company come for a diagnostic eval. I heard one of the techs say 'oh wow' when they were on the roof. They gave me a list of all the things wrong and their company said it was so bad they would not even try to repair it. I am in the process of filing complaints with contractor agencies. I wrote to Rod Johnson a couple of times and he said he had spoken to the new owner but I am not getting anywhere with this problem. When I see their trucks driving to install I want to follow and tell the buyers...BEWARE.

Tech Yong was attentive, on time and very helpful with our unit. Gave us an estimate of what it would cost and gave a good price. Also signed up for the maintenance plan and got 50% off the service. They called us the next day and let us know the part was in stock and could come out the same day. They were here before noon & got it done. Now my heater sounds so quiet we can't tell if it's on or not lol. Rod Johnson Air is great with communication, techs are Covid friendly, great with everything! Very happy with the service!

My technician was Erick and he was early to the appointment time which I appreciate very much and he was very friendly and professional. He provided excellent service and walked me through the entire process and made me feel very comfortable with the work being preformed. I highly recommend this technician to service any equipment I have in the future and am very satisfied with his work. When other companies couldn’t make it to my home. Rod Johnson air came in one day. Chris the technician was very professional, personable and felt like family. He knew the problem and fixed it in 15 minutes.
I highly appreciate, respect and support this company.

My heating unit stopped working and when I called they were able to get to my house the next day. It was a quick fix and they were professional and knowledgeable. Also, the office staff worked with me to confirm we were still under warranty in case it might have been a costly repair. Everyone was great and I would highly recommend them for any heat and air issues you may have.

Paid $32,000 for an HVAC system and it does not work. Joshua Moore the owner refuses to come fix the faulty installation. Claims that my 75 year old husband and I, “tampered with the units” Therefore, his warranty is voided. Why on earth would we touch his equipment? Then he told our lawyer that, “they did not wait for my company to come fix the unit so they went in and tried to fix it themselves“
What a liar. Never ever sign any contract with this guy do not get involved with this scam artist. Our only recourse is the contractor state license board. This is no longer about money for me. This guy needs to be stopped.
