On the hottest day of the year our AC stopped working. After contacting the company they were at our location within one hour and gave a courtesy call 10 minutes before arriving. They diagnosed/fixed the AC within 10minutes. Albert and Karen were very professional and gave us good advice on how to avoid this problem in the future. My AC and heater stopped working, and the technician Harry was quick to fix everything. They arrived within their timeframe they gave me, and everything went smoothly.

I am a tenant in an apartment in Glendale and just when the weather got colder, my Central AC unit decided to go crazy. I thought perhaps my ancient thermostat had died and reached out the the apartment manager for help. Luckily for me, the apartment manager hired TOTAL MECHANICAL for the job. Great decision. TOTAL MECHANICAL sent their technician HARRY out to diagnose the problem. He showed up on time and tested my old thermostat. Then he spent a half hour on the roof and identified the real problem - the blower motor needed replacement. Harry was back the next day, on time again, and with the replacement part. He spent about an hour installing the new motor and then to my surprise, replaced the thermostat with a more modern unit and showed me how to use it. Bottom line - these guys were great. HARRY showed up on time two days in a row, did his work competent and cleanly, and went above and beyond to help me understand and answer my questions. I'm pleased that my apartment manager trusted TOTAL MECHANICAL with the job. These guys are pros.
