Tech showed up randomly with no appointment, Lady who answering company phone is rude and clueless.
Defiantly will avoid in future!

No one answers a phone there. Ever. We are only using them because our Home Warranty is MAKING us. Would not recommend.

11am t-3pm window. No one showed. I got a calll after 6pm. No one could do the work until 2 days. I canceled.

Came to evaluate, Scheduled and didn’t show 3x, kept me held up with no heat for a month. Ended up not fixing anything. Unresponsive and a waste of my time.

Great service, the technicians installed a new AC unit in our house and cleaned around at the end of work. Very professional and impressive attitude.

Amazing company they actually worked another company that had come out came out couple times didn’t even want to look for the Freon leak so I told my home warranty and another company so they sent active air and victor came out spent a few hours looking fir the leak he found it he fixed it filled my unit back up with Freon only charged me half washed my unit for free I can’t be happier the other company had charged me for the Freon that escaped anyway 1100$ Victor washed my unit fixed the leak and only charged me 340$ what a amazing company

Amazing company I always request active air from my home warranty they always fix my ac on all my estates I have a lot of ac units they have always taken care of me when other companies try to make me pay them for things I never needed active air has always been there for me when other make you wait months they really help me out every time my home warranty tries to send other companies but I always make sure to request active air I can’t be happier i am buying a new house I’m not even worried about ac

I asked my home warranty to please send out a good company and they sent out active air I am shocked becouse I see they have bad reveiws but they were amazing I can’t believe how great they are both my units broke down this summer and I requested them again amazing company everything was amazing about them becouse of them I’m going to keep my home warranty ahs should thank them.

Unprofessional, unresponsive, and unreliable. I would never in a million years recommend Active Air to anyone. They scheduled me for an appointment that they never showed up to or even notified me.

I think Active Air provides the best air conditioning services in our area. We had our hvac replaced and everything was done on processionally and on time.

Beware of this dishonest company! Bad guys, they tried to damage my air conditioner to claim on my insurance. I have never seen such evil people!

Victor was a very professional and Outstanding tech and worked really promptly to fix the issue with our AC thanks for working fast and professionally making that we had cool air in this heat especially with having a baby was a blessing to get help by Victor and his company active Air heating and cooling are Highly recommended !

Great customer service. They were able to come the same day and fix our AC quickly. The technician was very nice and explained how to take care of the ac to avoid any issues. Great service!

The reason for 4 not 5 stars is because it took longer then expected to come back. But he was easy to talk to and deal with. He pressurized the system to check for leaks then refilled the Freon. System works great now. Blows super cold. Thank you sir. 👍🏻🇺🇸

This company is terrible and very unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for them to fix my heater for 3 weeks now. They’ve cancelled 3 times on me now to follow up on fixing the unit.Everytime there is an excuse and today Inwas notified via text instead of a call. 3 days I’ve missed out on work .I reached out to their dispatch to try and resolve this and they were pretty rude. There is many options out there and this one isn’t a good one.

Clean and professional installers, they got the job done in less than two days. The AC system they installed is performing exactly like they promised and the installation went well. Highly recommended.
