I had a leak of plumbing in the crawl space that had been going on for sometime without knowing it. After fixing it, I was advised by the plumber to clean up the damages of some of the woods and beam in the space.

I called up SERVPRO plus some other service providers, and SERVPRO was very responsive and professional. Kristy is the office person and provided me contact with her boss Erik. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and provided a recommendation and estimate.

The workers team is also very good. On the day of service, two workers stayed for three hours in the crawl space to do a complete cleaning, restoration and encapsulation of all the wood and beam. They also sent me the photos for the "before" and "after" pictures of those affected areas.

I am very happy with their service. I highly recommend other clients with similar situations to engage them for their services.

Last Saturday, due to an accident, several gallons of water gushed into my apartment from the my upstairs neighbor’s apartment causing my kitchen ceiling to get very wet. I called Servpro in Mountain View. Ronnie answered the phone. He was very professional and sent Edward, their inspector over within an hour. Edward assessed the situation, and educated my neighbor and I about what needed to be done to dry up the affected areas to prevent more damages. He was very patient and educated us about the urgency of getting the affected areas dried up asap without putting any pressure on us. Once we agreed for him to get started, he immediately brought several equipments from his van into my unit and upstairs unit and got the process started. Within 4 days my ceilings was dryed up and damaged areas were repaired. I am very pleased with Servpro, specially Edward’s competence and professional customer service. He stayed on top of things and resolved the issue very smoothly. I highly recommend Servpro Mountain View. They know what they’re doing and are honest.

This was my second time using Servpro's services, and once again, they were prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. They responded to my call regarding a leak very late on a weekend night. While it's never fun to have a significant water damage situation, Servpro's excellent service made it manageable. Erik and Eddy did the inspection to estimate the repair costs for the water damage in the bathroom ceiling and also worked with my insurance provider. Servpro was excellent in always being available to answer all the questions I had promptly and patiently. John did a great job of sealing the area to enlarge the opening in the ceiling to check for mold and sanitizing the area. They had it all set for the restoration services to work on next.

While the staff I interacted with were courteous, the reconstruction work itself lacked attention to detail (disappointing). Numerous aspects required correction, necessitating significant oversight and follow-up on my part to ensure a high-quality outcome. This level of client involvement made the process considerably more time-consuming for me than anticipated. Ideally, a contractor maintains high internal quality standards, minimizing the need for such extensive supervision, but that wasn't my experience here.

I've used Servpro a few times to evaluate potential mold and moisture issues at some rental properties, and I have always had a great experience. What I appreciate most is their straightforward assessments of what we’re dealing with, and perhaps just as importantly, what we’re not dealing with. They just tell you what they see and what might be needed but they’re not trying to upsell you on unnecessary services. Overall, they’ve been professional and very good to work with.

Erik, Eddy, and John did a great job with water mitigation for my house. On the first day, Erik came quickly to begin the drying process, even though it was relatively late, which was pretty great. I also appreciate their fast and patient communication during that whole ordeal. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, but hopefully I won't need their services ever again haha
