Would highly recommend the team over at Prostone for any of your stone care needs. We had them apply an Anti-etch treatment to our new marble countertops and the results were great! The team arrived on time, were super professional and answered all of our care questions afterwards. We also noticed some minor imperfections after the treatment and they came back out to fix it and made sure that the job was completed to our satisfaction, which it was. If you need someone to fix your stone countertops, look no further!

In particular, Jonathan's craftsmanship in repairing a broken marble slab from my bar cabinet was remarkable—the seam where the stone had been split into two is now virtually invisible. We had an outstanding first experience with Prostone but a less than satisfactory experience the second time which relates to a misunderstanding over what was required and how the job should have been handled. Because they did such a good job on my first job, I'd highly recommend that you consider them but you should make sure you clearly understand the results you want and make sure Jonathan, the owner, comes in person to see and quote the job and you and he are clear on the expected results. We did that in the first job and everything was great; we did not do that in our second job with them which was unfortunate.

I've changed the name of Prostone Services to Prostone Customer Services. The terracotta tile in my kitchen was in such terrible shape that I considered having it replaced. A friend recommended Prostone Services. On completion the owner was dissatisfied with the top coat. He offered to return the next day to redo it. I asked if they'd be willing to hold off to some future date. They agreed. Over a year later I called; there was no hesitation and no additional charge. Now my floor looks as nice as the day it was installed

This is by far the very best carpet cleaning company you’ll ever want to use! They also do stone restoration. I haven’t had that, but I’m positive they’d be equally excellent in that area.
The carpet cleaning is perfection, honestly, but it’s the customer service the minute they engage! They are very helpful, friendly and honest.
Jonathan is a treat to talk to.
Calvin and Rodrigo arrived right in time, were respectful of my husband's infirmities and worked around that.
Calvin noticed he was a veteran, gave us a percentage off, and took the time to talk to him about his time served.

Vinegar spill had destroyed the finish on my kitchen floor. Prostone spent about an hour restoring the finish and blending it perfectly into the floor. Nice guys. Good work and result
