We had a small, outdated galley kitchen with very little storage or usable counter space. Adir helped us come up with a design that completely transformed the space. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Ignacio and his crew did fantastic work and were all very detail oriented. In addition to remodeling the kitchen, at Adir's suggestion, we ended up putting a dry bar in the dining area, which turned out great. We will use Rose Remodeling for future projects.

I was in the process of moving from Northern VA to San Jose area and had purchased a house in Almaden Valley that needed a lot of work.

I did the normal things looking at Houzz and Yelp and elsewhere for contractor, had a few come and give me bids that were $$$$$$$$ if there was a price category like that in Yelp or they would tell me that they cannot start the job in fall (I bought the house early spring)

Asking friends and family for a GC that would be trust worthy and reasonably priced, I got introduced to Koby who owns Koby Konstruction.

Imagine having to do major remodeling from 3000 miles away in a market like San Jose and all the horror stories you hear about contractors taking on multiple jobs and not having enough resources and missing deadlines. Well none of that happened to me as Koby managed it from A to Z and collaborated with me through email and phone to keep me up to date each step of the process.

Koby from day one was one of the most professional person I have ever worked with. He helped with the entire process of bringing together a team of interior designer, architect, structure engineer for the design stage and then brought his team that worked like a nice Swiss Watch where all peaces work together to get it done. He knows many vendors in the bay area for all sort of materials and fixtures, so I was able to get most of what I needed to buy remotely at times.

With any construction project, there are problems that you cannot avoid. If anyone tells you there are no problems, run the other way. We hit a few problems as well when we opened walls and saw whats underneath it. Koby was clear from day one, told me what the options were and what were the possible solutions and we got it fixed/figured out

A project that would probably take 9 to 12 months (every room, every level of the house was being remodeled and new SQFT being added ), from start to finish took 6.5 months .. can you believe that.. a GC that delivers sooner than expected.

Koby is not the cheapest contractor in town, nor he is the most expensive, but I am sure he is the most honest one. He is that one old fashion, honest service provider you always hear about and cannot find mostly because he doesn't like to market himself in the market. So I told him that I will change that and because he did such a great job at my house, I will write a review. He was not happy about it but I am sure he will thank me one day. I am going to be his reference and if you decide to work with him ask him to bring you to my house or send me a note. I show you before/after pictures and entire pictorial of what it looked like and what it looks like now.

Arty the sales man was very informative, honest and attentive! Arty made the the process smooth with out trying to sell me a bunch of nonsense! Roof looks great and the crew was speedy and cleaned my yard up better than before! Arty and Armando got it done fast and easy and was patient with me while I made color decisions and answered all my questions! Thank you for such a positive experience.

We have a rooftop HVAC unit that was not installed properly a couple of years ago, resulting in a leak problem that caused damage not only to our roof but also to our ceiling. As a result, we reached out to Atlas Roofing for a free estimate and that's when we met David. Very pleased with this entire roofing job. Yonas chaperoned us through all aspects from materials to financing to final inspection. His interest in our project seemed genuinely sincere. The roofing crew was top notch. Everything was tended to efficiently, three days later it was done, plus the cleanup was remarkably thorough and the roof itself looks ready to keep off the storms ahead. From our experience it’s definitely a five star rating though your mileage of course may vary. Well done.
