Needed to have our roof replaced. Lifetime Roofing is great!

Gui from Lifetime stopped by the same day I called in for an estimate, and he was able to get us a very competitive price. Gui regualrly checked in to provide us updates on the status (permitting, install progress, etc.) and to see if we had any questions or issues.

The crew was fantastic. Clean and quick.

The best part? The City of Mt. View told Lifetime to install 20 vents on a 2,500 square foot roof!!! Lifetime spent time with the inspector and got that down to 5 vents and ridge vents. Very helpful!

Overall, a wonderful experience.

Mo and his team did an amazing job at our Preschool at the Santa Cruz location. His communication is excellent and attentive. They remodeled the whole external side of the school and put in new deck, wood, the surrounding of our school making sure is code regulated. Their workmanship is outstanding and hard workers. My shower was leaking water. Silicon Valley contractor was able to find and replace the Grohe cartridges so I didn’t have to tear down the whole wall for all new shower system. Thank you!

High pressure sales tactics, upsell at all costs. Had an agent tell me I had $120k in foundation repairs or else my house would crack like the titanic. The next day an independent engineer said everything was fine and I didn’t need to do anything. Absurd business, now owned by PE.

Have had inspection, and intend to follow the recommendations and have the work done. The inspector, Alex, spent several hours at our home, and did a very carful and complete inspection, including entering tight crawlspaces that must have been an uncomfortable task. The report was detailed and I am confident as to the validity. The recommendation appears reasonable. Alex explained it clearly and he patiently spent as much time with us as my wife and I needed. I look forward to having the work done.

I had the pleasure of working with Mark Brill to get a better understanding of the work that’s needed to repair my foundation. He was extremely thorough on his inspection and a really went into detail on what he found and what the next steps would be.
