Lifetime roofing & renovation just completed re-roofing and solar re-install in June 2023 for my place in contra costa county. The project managers assigned for my project, Jacob & George, was very knowledgeable and responsive to my and fiancé's questions throughout
the whole process.

During the process after demo, there was a chance of rain in my area and the project managers made sure the roof was covered and protected (which I appreciated). From start to finish it took less than two weeks to complete everything. Overall, I am very satisfied with the outcome.

From Harry's quote to Milton's crew a job well done. Since my recent hip surgery I told both Harry and Milton to see what needs to be done with my eyes and eyes of a professional. Surely they took empathy and did seal up problematic areas. Took 3 days -- power washing our 20 year old modified bitumen, primer for adhesion, and dual coat of silicone sealant applied. Guaranteed for 10 years but expected to last 15. Replaced both downspouts. Premises left clean and workmanship revealed in these photos. Lifetime Roofing & Renovation highly recommended.

These guys are GREAT. Super thorough, from getting a quote to the final completion of project. I had to replace my entire roof, as well as a third of the wood underneath as well. They worked very quickly, always kept me in the loop about how much progress was made day to day, sent me pictures and videos of the work as it was being done, etc. Permits, inspection, and approval from my city was all handled seamlessly. Highly recommend!

Project Manager Tony was thorough, high quality, friendly & responsive to my desires. The team did a great job, finished in 5 days, strengthened the roof above 1200 sq-ft, & installed new gutters & downspouts. I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing.

Been battling drainage issues with our flat roof for a while now, finally bit the bullet to get it fixed. Fielded a number of bids and selected Lifetime due to a fair price and a solid project manager in Marcelo. Very responsive and kept his word on a number of areas which is refreshing in today’s market.

Very, VERY happy with the crew at Lifetime Roofing. I had a small job, so I was having trouble finding someone to take it in. I was getting a lot of "I don't want the job bids" Then I found Lifetime. I gave them a call and got a bid appointment very quickly. Celio came out within a day or two. What a great guy. An all around pleasure to speak with. He gave me a reasonable bid and they were available right away. in fact, I had to hold them off because I wasn't quite ready. Alvaro and his crew came on a Saturday and knocked it out. Everyone in the office was also nice. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They know their business and they know how to treat the customer.

Lifetime Roofing responded the next morning to our overnight request for information about replacing a shed roof. They were able to send Marcello the same day to inspect the shed, answer our questions and give us a written quote on the spot.

After acceptance, they scheduled the work very quickly and completed the job a day sooner than promised. The team was respectful of our property and, under Marcello's project management, did the job to our complete satisfaction.

I was in need of a roofing company immediately because I had gotten a letter from Farmers Insurance because they had said my roof was in bad shape and didn't want to maintain coverage on my home. I had found Lifetime through a Google Search. They had sent 2 supervisors to inspect my roof, Marco and Vito. They were very professional in explaining our options and the cost. The job took about 3 days but with a few delays because of weather. During that time I was in contact with Marco and he kept me in the the loop through out the whole process. I can't rave enough about the work that was done. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs!

We had our shingle roof replaced by Lifetime Roofing & Renovations recently due to leakage on rainy days. We have three bidders for the job and the Lifetime was not the least expensive but the project manager Michael B was willing to be flexible and gave us a discount that matched another bidder who was recommended by our friends. The reason we chose Lifetime is because Michael is very responsive, courteous, and highly professional. He gave us a presentation that included a detailed account of the process and material involved. He was a roofer before and that's probably why he's so knowledgeable and confident about the control of the project timeline and being able to work around our budget.

The shingle we chose was Corning which was considered a high-end product in the category. The warranty is for 50 years which gives us peace of mind if anything goes wrong. When the work started the process went quite smoothly and they monitored the weather conditions every day. After demolition, they covered the house when there was a forecast of rain. When the work was completed, I went up to walk through the entire roof and found it was a commendable job with every little detail being taken care of. We think Lifetime has done a good job on our roof and especially thank Michael for being friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mileage to take care of our mentality by providing a decent job.

I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing & Renovation. They did a roof replacement for me, and I decided to get an insulated roof for house and garage. The insulation is a huge upgrade for me and the improvement is significant. They did an excellent job, were very professional and left the job site very clean. A year later I developed a leak and they sent Greg over the next day to investigate. He quickly narrowed down the few possible leak locations and after a simple water test identified the leak and repaired it on the spot. It was’t even a leak in the roof, it was an old electrical connection going into the wall on my 2nd floor that let water in. Greg’s expertise is hugely appreciated!

We just had a new roof installed by Lifetime in November 2024.

I did the standard thing of getting the 4 bids for a complete tear down along with replacement of the gutters along with rebuilding of a box that hides the lower half of my chimneys.

While lifetime was not the cheapest, the vibe that I got from them compared to the others told me this was the company for me.

They use only the highest quality material in their work. Which you want in a long roof with no leaks

Boy, did they not disappoint. They did a great job from start to finish. They cleaned up the work area every day, making sure not to leave even one nail.

I was really pleased with the new roof job Lifetime Roofing and Renovation performed for my mom's house that I decided to hire them again for my house.
Tony the project manager and his crew once again knocked it out of the park. The work done efficiently and and with quality/care. My wife and I are very pleased with how the project came out. The price point for concrete tiles is what I expected given the rising costs of material and labor.

Recently, our HOA, after an extension search, selected Lifetime Roofing to replace the twenty-nine-year-old flat roof on our two-unit condo.

From the very outset, when we were soliciting bids, Lifetime Roofing impressed us above their competitors. Their price, while not cheap, was in line with the seven other companies we interviewed. Their skilled use of a drone to provide footage of our old roof enabled us to get a detailed impression of its condition without anyone climbing a ladder. Their explanation of exactly how their crew would execute the job was detailed and understandable. Their description of the materials and warranty was clear and checked out when researched. Their ability to coordinate and have a crew ready for the date we needed was great.

Our situation was complicated by the fact that both units have solar panels installed by a different company, Grid Alternatives. Lifetime Roofing provided excellent project management, including coordinating with Grid Alternatives to schedule removal and reinstallation of the panels. Their work was done on time and within budget. The materials they used were of very high quality. They affixed our new roofing material to the substructure without using an open flame. They also provided a detailed after report for our insurance company.

Their team left the worksite just as they found it. They even repaired the electrical outlet cover that got cracked during their use. We will gladly recommend them. We feel confident that we made the right decision in choosing Lifetime Roofing.

I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing & Renovation for the following reasons and personal experience. I had contacted 9 different roofers for quotes after researching/reviewing, and talking w/ neighbors whom had their roofs done, before deciding to sign contract w/ Lifetime Roofing & Renovations. Decision to to go with them was my comfortability starting with Harry the project manager, Brad Sales Manager, Quality Assurance Mgr, and eventually Jojo once the job was complete...kudos to them. I previously had a Tar and Gravel roof, vaulted ceilings, and portions of the roof are flat. After exploring TPO and Torchdown, and discussing with Harry, I decided to go with TPO as it uses less fasteners to hold the underlayment and didn't want to put any more holes in the beams or vaulted ceiling than needed. Job was completed in 4 days on Friday, last city inspection happened the following Monday. After each day the crew cleaned the site to keep it tidy and hauled away debris. Their crews were very help answering questions during the process. Gutters were installed to help shed water as the previous drainage system needed an improvement. I have 5 skylights which the roofers also had to install flashing. There were some minor tongue and groove boards and fascia that needed replacement. If there is extensive damage after the roofing materials are removed, it could cost extra, so unless you currently have visible water leaks/damage it will be hard to estimate until roofing material is gone and inspected. Minor damage or some percentage is included in the quote, but check so you are aware before you sign contract. I am extremely satisfied with the company and the crews who seamlessly made the experience uneventful. Professional, attentive to concerns, and prompt. Make sure you get several quotes from reputable roofers before deciding. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

We had a leak and two roofers (from different companies) tried to fix it, with no success. Eventually, we decided to get a new roof. After contacting multiple companies and getting quotes, Lifetime Roofing and Renovation seemed like the best option. I’m so happy we found them, because we’re very happy with the end result. I wanted to review them right away, but waited on purpose for winter and multiple rains, to make sure everything was sealed, and so far so good.

Nick S was especially helpful. I loved that he showed us all the possible materials, warranties and options during the initial appraisal, none of the other roofers were that specific and detailed. Lifetime was knowledgeable, excellent communicators, and got our roof scheduled in a quick turn around before the winter rains after we noticed some shingles missing. They did a great job. We had one random little leak during a storm this winter, and they came out immediately to add extra sealing to that area.

An unbelievably positive experience! We woke up to a very wet bathroom during the rain storms in December and immediately saw the problem was likely the roof. We got this company’s name from our friends who were super happy with them, and they shared their Project Manager’s contact info. I texted, he replied promptly, and he came over within a few days. After spending a good hour inspecting the roof, the crawl space, gutters and more, he gave us a possible solution after clearing some debris we couldn’t even see. Unfortunately, it didn’t work so we engaged Lifetime to make the repairs. Yonas and team arrived when they said they’d be here and worked two long (and cold!) days. Afterwards — while we had to wait for the rain, the leak was repaired. No hidden fees, polite and tidy, fast — so happy to have found them. We’ve already recommended them to family.

I had some shingles missing after a storm and had Lifetime roofing give me a quote. The project manager Raymond was great! He was very responsive, addressed all my concerns throughout the project and helped with my insurance.
The roofers did a great job, they were clean, efficient and did a wonderful job on the roof. I would definitely recommend them.

Brad and Paulo were great to work with. Both were very available even at odd hours. They made the reroofing project run smoothly. When rainy weather interrupted, they rescheduled and promptly got things done between storms.

The new roof is beautiful and has already stood up to very nasty weather without issue.

Lifetime also replaced two damaged skylights and they look great. The detailing was great and there are no leaks anywhere!

Pricing, while not cheap, was competitive with other roofers in my area.
