The March wind storm ruined my shake roof and pool solar system. George and crew did a very professional job. They did the demo and cleaned up everything. The roofing materials ended up being more once we saw the under structure. But the installation moved right ahead. Crews worked weekends to get the job done in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

I had a roof that was 30 plus years old and needed replacing. I got 3 other estimates, even though lifetime roofing was not the lowest they were more transparent. Paulo, the project manager was patient in explaining everything that needed to be done and how it would be done, he covered materials and explained what would be covered by the price I was given. I originally wanted a company that was local and reliable, Lifetime Roofing had the experience and many excellent reviews. Paulo and his crew were great to work with, they cleaned the area daily, they were efficient and fast, I am certain I made the right choice. Thank you for a great experience!!

After researching many roofing companies in the bay area, I decided to choose Lifetime Roofing to to my roof replacement and I am so happy to have made the right choice. Lifetime roofing did a wonderful job replacing my old foam roof with a TPO roof along with solar powered skylights. They did such an amazing job! My house stays much cooler in the summer now! Highly recommend their work!

I finally pursued having my 42 year old roof renovated. And wow, what a fantastic job Lifetime did. The project managers explained all they would do, and educated me about the industry changes over the past few years. I went from having a concrete tile roof (which I love) but that had NO plywood and had dilapidated, aged felt (tar paper) to one that has secure plywood and a fabulous new long-living underlayment and then re-positioned my old tiles and refreshed them with pressure washing to provide not only a very secure roof but a visually pleasing one. And if that weren't enough, they encouraged me to have my attic "sanitized," removing the old insulation and the rodent droppings and dirt and dust, then installing thicker new insulation. That job surprised me by making my home, and especially the room that provides access to my attic, with removal of a vague musty smell that had been present since I purchased my home 28 years ago, to a very fresh scent. Wonderful. And, as part of the roof renovation, damaged portions of wood adjacent to the roof that had suffered rotting due to the less secure roof, were replaced. Then I added on the job of painting not just the new wood that was included in my original estimate, but having the whole exterior of my home refreshed with a new paint job, first power washing it then sealing all areas in need. Beautiful. And THEN, I opted for adding on replacement of my decades old polycarbonate-fiberglass atrium clear roofing (which hadn't allowed the sunlight to shine in for decades) now allows for a beautifully sunlit room.
Each of the crews for the various parts of this whole renovation were dedicated to fast yet conscientious work. And commutation from the project managers was quite stellar. I am so pleased with my wonderfully renovated exterior of my home. And pleased also with it increasing the value of my home - double win!!

Lifetime Roofing just completed a re-roofing job on my house, and I’m more than delighted with the final outcome.
Harry, who was my project manager, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. He was detailed in his explanations and guided me through the process. Due to the surge in rain, my roof’s old shake shingles had been damaged and a hole had form in one of the rooms inside my house. I knew I needed someone who could guarantee a long term solution for both the exterior and interior parts of my home and Harry had successfully done so. Harry and his team were professional, organized, and thoughtful. My roof looks terrific!

OK, they actually did a good on our roof... but, here's the deal. We a leaking roof which they replaced a section of. It had solar panels (the reason for the leak) and they had some people unistall them and reinstall them. They've never really worked all that well after that. Our electric bill shot up after this work and remains at a high level. Their solar people came out and messed around but nothing changed. In the end the solar people gaslighted me and tried to convince me our solar panels never really worked even though I have power bills to prove otherwise and using a standard solar calculator showed that they don't know what they are talking about. The owners of the roofing company won't call me back. So, if you have an existing solar system stay away these folks like the plague.
