We've had ServPro come a few times already this year (bad luck with leaks). Their communication has been exemplary, and their service is reliable. We have never had them come to do the same job twice. They do very thorough work.

A friend and her large-breed puppy were visiting, and the dog (who had been outside) became startled by something and ran to be with us indoors. Instead of using the dog door, the puppy ran through my untempered glass patio window. It was, in all respects, a horrible experience. Puppy went to the vet hospital (she suffered minimal injury and has fully recovered), and I stayed behind to clean up glass. I had NO idea who could help me, and I really, really needed help. I phoned my local police department to find out what kind of a service provider I needed, and was told to look for a 'board-up' service. Late on a Sunday night, on a holiday weekend, there were few options available. But (here's the good news!) Ronny Mamarian, General Manager at Mountain View SERVPRO returned my call. He arrived with a helper at 11:00PM, and worked until 1:00AM restoring the safety of my home. Ronny and Alex were professional and competent, but their kindness was the best part of a challenging evening.

We hired Jonathan and his brother to refinish our 20-year-old slate flooring. They did an excellent job. They were highly professional and very pleasant to work with. Pricing is on the high side, but we felt the results were worth it and would highly recommend them for their workmanship.

Very professional. Working with Prostone was a delight. They were pleasant, courteous and respectful of our home and privacy. They do excellent work. I was amazed at the difference Prostone made in our carpets, tile and stone surfaces. They were like new after more than 20 years of use. I would very highly recommend them to anyone.

Prostone had done some work on our bathroom granite floor a couple of years ago. We began to notice some discoloration recently and contacted them to take another look. They said the floor surface needed to be re-enhanced and they would make it right. The floor now looks better than it ever did. Jonathan and Anthony are the best.
