They were a little hard to get a hold of but in fairness i was too. Juda came over did a fair assessment if my AC unit and did the touch ups we needed. Will def use them the again.

I called several AC companies to get bids to replace the AC at my home which I thought was totally broken. Only the sales person from Kaldess suggested trying to fix the old unit. The next day their technician came to take a look and he fixed the old unit. I spent $380 instead of $4000. They could have sold me a new unit, in fact they had the best price, but they did the right and honest thing.

Juda is one of those service providers that you need to know. Kaldess AC has been my go to for any HVAC work for years. I've found them to be honest, available, and always to lend honest sound service and advice at a fair price. I have even bid jobs out to others to check, and can verify that this is a company that gives amazing service, using good thoughtful people who actually care about doing their job well. To me that is almost priceless. The fact that they price fair is just icing on the cake. If you need AC/Heat work done, these people at least deserve a call to tell you what they think. If you do that, you will also find that you will be using Kaldess AC as your goto HVAC technicians.

Juda was prompt, honest and thorough. My Ac unit wasn't blowing out cold air from the vent. Juda and his son arrived within the hour. Even though my Ac unit is older, Juda was still able to fix the issue despite a few other companies telling me that I must change the unit out. Highly recommended. These guys were amazing for our new house. They were on time, looked at everything closely, and explained how it all worked during the estimate process. Their pricing was among the best out of all of our estimates but a big reason we chose them was because Juda had great communication with us during the process and answered all questions.

Finally we finalized the agreement on a Thursday and he was able to get his team out that Saturday to do a full furnace, coil, ductwork, AC replacement. They finished it all in one day! Turnaround like that is unheard of in HVAC from what I've learned.

They also got all this done with us being out of their coverage area which makes it even better. Will refer Juda and his team to anyone needing HVAC work!!

Juda has saved the day for me on 2 occasions. Once when my A/C stopped working while I was out of town and came home to a house that was over 90 degrees inside. In the middle of a heatwave he came out the same day and was able to fix the problem and gave me great advice on how to get the house cooled efficiently. The second was when my heater stopped working in the middle of a winter cold snap. (well, cold for LA standards...LOL) Again, Juda showed up the same day and got my heater working later that same day. My rooftop unit is nearing the end of its life and Juda has been able to give me a few extra years on it for sure.
In my experience I have found Juda to be very responsive, technically proficient and above all caring. I've recommended him to many friends and clients of mine and they all have expressed similar sentiments and experiences. If you need any HVAC work do yourself a favor and call Juda, you'll be glad you did.
