It took a while to figure out and they covered all of the bases to make sure that was the only issue. Cody was constructive and open with what he was doing. He made sure I understood what was going on.

Just recently had a problem with my ac system and it wouldn't turn off completely just compressor would run but not stop fan from running. So hot air from outside was mixong with cold air when it would turn on. Called this company they sent a tech who didn't look or talk like a normal ac tech. He was simple looking guy regular clothing who drove up to our home in a basic SUV. And a lunch box size tool box with no ladder get up on my roof to check my unit I had to provide. Was up on roof for less than 5 minutes came down off roof and said he didn't know what type of ac system I had said it was badly worn. Our system is only 6 years old. Then insisted to tell me that we had a slow leak and must recharge unit and have leak test that would cost 1500 to 2500 if we wanted it fixed. And took 99 dollars to not fix the problem but just for coming. So I called arrival company and they fixed it in 5 minutes and it was just a simple thermostat issue and freon was full to the max . Will never recommend this company for anybody especially if you are of ethnic race of some sort..very unprofessional 😠

Heat took too long to warm the house. Technician replaced a dirty air filter and adjusted blower speed. Heating is now fast and comfortable.

Unit ran constantly but didn’t cool. Thermostat calibration was off. Technician recalibrated it and now the house reaches set temperature efficiently.
