I have been using I.M Air Conditioning now for 5 years now for my Bi-annual maintenance and I am very happy with their services. The technician shows up on time and does a great job! I am definitely going to continue working with them!

My air conditioning stopped working at my house on a Saturday @ 100+ degrees.
There is always someone at I. M. Air conditioning (my shop happens to be around the corner from theirs)

I figured I'd give them a call and see if they can help. Since I couldn't actually get ahold of anyone else.

Right away someone picked up, already a huge plus. As I was starting to sweat (pun intended)

I got connected to one of their techs that was working in Brentwood.

He told me he would come by on his way back into the valley before he made it back to his shop.

Less than 2 hours later.. Not only were they there.. My A/C was fully repaired. And cost me less than $300 for the "condesneor"? "Capacitor"?
I'm honestly not sure what the part was called that was changed out.

I can say thank you to the I. M. Air conditioning team for taking care of me on a Saturday afternoon. The first person I called and left a message to called me back after I. M. A/C was already wrapping up.

Being in the construction industry, I definitely know how hard it is to get quality work done at a fair price.

These people are the people to call. I recommended this company to my mother in law who coincidotenally during this latest heat wave of 105+ degrees, her A/C stopped working.

The I. M. Team are taking care of her. They will be replacing her roof mounted unit.
During the time the unit is being sourced and replaced.
I. M. A/C Installed 2 temporary portable air conditioning systems in her house during the down time of not having air conditioning.

These people are great. And I can't be happier at the moment

My ac machine stopped blowing cold air on a 90 degree day. We had a couple companies quote us on replacing but Brian at im air seemed like he cared more about our needs. Glad we went with them and highly recommend

Negligent, irresponsible, unprofessional and passive. I don’t think I’ve ever had to write such a bad review.

We were customers for 12+ years after buying our HVAC unit from I.M. air conditioning. They provided our yearly “maintenance” 1-2 times per year. When I decided on whim to have a different company come do the maintenance, turns out that our unit has never been opened or checked on the inside. The inside of our unit was not just dirty and full of debris, but it had biological growth with spores likely along the lines of mildew and/or mold and a crack along the ducting wall pulling outside air in. Who knows how long we have been breathing this in as a family.

I called I.M. Air and asked to speak with the owner. I was told they weren’t around and I could leave a message but it was obvious the woman on the phone was not assuring me a call back. I explained everything to her and sure enough she confirmed “we don’t open the unit, we just clean the outside”. Really? What good is that? She said that what I was referring to is a “deep cleaning”
and that if we wanted that we would have had to request that service. I told her that we would have expected them, as our service providers, to let us know if we needed a deep cleaning. Just like when you take your car for an oil change, a good car maintenance company will tell you if your tire treads are low or if your break pads are wearing thin. That’s the whole point of maintenance. To check if anything needs to be maintenanced!

There really is no excuse, but truly, it couldn’t be more obvious how little they care. The owner, of course, never called me back. At this point I don’t want them to call me unless they plan on paying our $1839 bill for cleaning a unit they neglected or giving us back the money we paid them over the course of 12 years.

DO NOT use this company unless you want to waste your money and potentially have to replace your unit every few years thanks to bad maintenance (which perhaps is precisely their intention).

Had an AC issue where the unit won't start. Libar from Kali AC & Heating was able to stop by on a very short notice.
He was able to figure out the issue immediately and repaired it at a great price. He didnt even charge for the diagnosis. Wow.
Overall I highly recommend Libar for any AC issues you might have. He is knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and awesome!

Amazing company! They came out on a last minute service call to help fix my condensor. They were extremely helpful and did an incredible job. We had a great experience with Kali Air especially to the professional , Libar. He was extremely thorough and professional and truly went above and beyond. Libar spent a lot of time at our home, going up into the attic and even crawling under the house to make sure everything was checked properly.

He never rushed, explained what he was doing, and made us feel confident that the job was done right. It’s rare to find a professional who is this dedicated and detail-oriented. We really appreciated his hard work and would absolutely recommend both Libar and this company to anyone needing HVAC service.
