Great customer service at the Temecula location, they are very fast and quick to ask if you need any assistance. Eddie is very knowledgeable being he has been in the HVAC industry for over ten years, you can ask him anything from technical questions, diagrams and parts schematics to pricing AHRI match up’s and special order custom metal. Cleanest parts house hands down, especially the restrooms. Employees are very welcoming and helpful, they are very good at getting us back on the road quickly. Need more customer service like Temecula AC Pro in the industry.

Side Note: Hot Coffee and fresh donuts/popcorn all day everyday, plus Frankfurt FRIDAYS from 11am-1pm every Friday.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with AC Pro of Temecula. After waiting over two months in excessive heat with no functioning air conditioning, I was left with no choice but to find alternative housing, costing me thousands of dollars. The AC unit in question was only 4 years old, and while the compressor was still under warranty, I was hit with a $1662 labor charge since the labor warranty expired after 3 years. This was made even worse because the original installer went out of business, forcing me to hire a different contractor.

It took two different HVAC companies just to navigate AC Pro's difficult system, which ultimately extended the delay in repairs. To make matters worse, my clothing and furniture developed a musty smell due to the prolonged exposure to the heat.

I have three other units on my property, much older and of a different brand, and they have proven far more reliable and cost-efficient than this one from AC Pro. Given my experience, I would not recommend AC Pro. The process was time-consuming, costly, and the lack of reliable customer service was a major disappointment.

Update to owner response: Please read my review again. This was not installed improperly, your technical support line authorized the replacement compressor covered under warranty, but it took 2 months of fighting. Your equipment failed. Because the installer moved out of state, the business was closed. AC Pro was not helpful because the account it was purchased under denied even purchasing it. It took many hours with AC Pro to get the warranty part. I will not buy another unit from AC Pro.

This review is long overdue. We've been using this branch since they opened and have always had a great experience. All of the staff is a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Rain, the branch manager is absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and goes above and beyond for his customers. The company itself is top notch and we highly recommend their products.

David, our salesman from On Time Home Services arrived on-time as promised with a cheerful attitude and pleasant demeanor. He was professional and respectful. He proceeded to inspect our current A/C unit and inside forced air heating unit. He was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions about our needs and concerns regarding performance, longevity and warrantees. He was knowledgeable and easy to understand. After very little deliberation, we made our choice on the Bosch A/C and accompanying heater system. We were very pleased with the experience and were excited to know our install was only a few days away. Thank you On-Time Home Services for a great overall experience.

The technicians, Austin and Christian arrived on-time and were very nice and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns and got right to work. They worked well together, communicating about the installation and were very efficient as they went about their work. Within 6 hours of their arrival they were done, everything was working terrifically and we were so happy with the new systems. Our A/C unit hums and our heating system is a bit quieter than before, which we love. I am so grateful for the good work of On Time Home Services and highly recommend them.

When it came to my HVAC, the technician named Michael truly made the difference and restored the company’s position as my top pick. Besides being on time and polite, he looked good and professional, spoke clearly, and knew what he was talking about. He was not opposed to going above and beyond to ensure that his client “me” was satisfied Keep it up!

We wanted to do a duct cleaning in the house, so my wife and I asked Michael about the cost and how it would work. He took the time to explain the entire process and the advantages of the service, so we planned to hire him the following day to clean our duct system. Michael made the appointment right there and there, and the next day he came On time and fully prepared to clean our ducts. Michael th n sent me pictures of the ducts before and after they were cleaned. It was amazing how much dust and dirt came out of them, which is why my wife always complained that there was dust everywhere after cleaning the house. Once more, Michael demonstrated his professionalism at all times, and price was reasonable.

Julian came to fix my outdoor spigot, and my upstairs bathroom sinks because I have a special abilities child who sticks things down the drain. He cleared it up real good. I’m really grateful!

Actually arrived right on time. I had a completely new whole system installed. Crew was polite, professional, got rifht to work. No dilly dally and cleaned up, when they were done. I have no regrets.

Do not try their plumbing services. They came to flush out water tank and left the gas line closed the pilot light off, don't know if the water line is open. They did the work on Thursday I reported the issue on Friday at afternoon. with no return call. Then Saturday morning I tried again only to be told they would fix their mistake on Monday morning. So their mistake and they want to leave us with no hot water from Thursday until Monday morning?? No any kind of good service from their staff.

Tony was punctual, professional, and got the job done quickly. Upon identification of the issue, he walked me through the cause and proposed different solutions, along with a recommendation. I couldn't have been more pleased.

Andrew Diaz provided our services today and he was knowledgeable, polite, prompt and friendly…everything you could ask for a service provider! So glad we have been customers of On Time for almost 9 years.

Tony did a system maintenance on our heating system today. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the 4 Techs that have been out to provide maintenance for our HVAC units. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to service their units.
