We had a new unit installed in late October. A month later they called asking to check it before we started the heater. I was so surprised that the company would be proactive to visit with a service to check on their work. I would recommend them.

We had our furnace and ac unit replaced recently by on time home services and couldn't be any happier. They have been servicing our old unit for a few years and have been always professional and reliable and I noticed the same 4 techs would come to the house for maintenance. This is always a good sign and you can tell the employees like their job. I walked through the whole process with David of purchasing a new unit and he explained the options very well. Highly recommend them for any hvac needs!

First company to respond to me and i needed help like yesterday . I needed a second opinion and Carlos came out and addressed my concerns and issues about my unit . Warranty denied a claim but the tech they sent out spent 10 mins here just to leave us with no working AC because he turned it off outside without telling us and its been really hot . My husband has a medical condition and i got a denial via email .. carlos came out took time to explain the unit to me and answered all my questions on maintaining my unit and gave me his honest opinion and recommendation . I wish i can hire them to service my AC .. it was as if i knew him .. he was very thorough and knowledgeable easy to talk to . Good customer service keeps customers coming back ill be signing up for their maintenance service .. thank you carlos for making it easy for us and giving my family back our air the other tech from warranty took . Tony from On Time came to fix our HVAC system today. He did a full inspection, gave me an update on the system. He then went on to resolve our problem. He was quick, personable and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

10/23/2025 Our maintenance was done today by Tech Michael Rico, who arrived on time with a polite informative greeting on what he was going to check and if there was anything else he needed to know about the device install was operating. He took pictures of what he worked on and help us on prices for filers by sizes and quality which we needed to know.

Jarred Howard was our technician, he has done an amazing job communicating, was great with our dog let me know he's safe with dogs walking around since it was weeping while they worked. Quickly going in to action with his coworker to let me know how the system went in and working with the thermostat that also works with our phones. Plus he also cleaned out our 20 ducts and vents explaining how it's going to make us feel better about our health and enjoy the fresh air. Jarred checked back in the attic to make sure all exposures were sealed. Leaving our house amazingly cool but also crystal fresh air clean. Thank you for doing such a overwhelming job on a 20 year old home.

We called to get a estimate on what was wrong and the cost to fix our upstairs air conditioning would be. Dale Faircloth was very nice and helpful went right to the source and explained what was happening and how much it was going to cost. We are still not sure on what is going happen.

Monday Mike Lombardi came to give us a great deal and service for the whole installation on the 2nd story upstairs part of our house. He really worked on what would make my husband worth wanting to enjoy in every hot days. Especially after work from working outside in the sun. Everything has been happening today Wednesday, the technicians arrived on time and kindly communicated with me then started working hard up and down the stairs as it's getting hotter upstairs they're moving along taking out the old and bring in the new up stairs. Feeling it's going to be a great summer and living in Menifee. 💨🙌🥰🥳

My experience from start to finish has been great. Got an excellent price for an entire new furnace/heating system install and the techs were amazing. Matt and Miguel showed up On Time ( ha ha ) and were super friendly and courteous and funny. I got the feeling they really enjoyed doing their job. They did a beautiful job on the installation and cleaned everything up beautifully. I would definitely have them back again in the future! I don't leave reviews all that often, but their service was over and above.

We recently had a new air conditioner and heater installed in our home by On Time Home Services, and the entire experience was outstanding.

They did come out and look at our existing AC and Heating systems and provide repair options along with an honest assessment of our equipment. From there we decided to meet with a Sales Rep to review our options.

From the start, our sales representative Tony made the process easy and stress-free. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and package options, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Tony was upfront, honest, and personable—definitely the right person to guide us through making such a big investment. Tony had us set up with our financing and installation date in less than an hour. We were extremely pleased with how easy this process was for us. We never felt pressured to make any decisions and the options that On Time offers fits all types of customer needs.

Our installers, Austin and Graham, were equally impressive. They arrived early, worked efficiently and professionally, and handled the extreme heat without slowing down. They took extra care to make sure everything was installed properly and even improved the condition of some existing piping. Before leaving, they walked us through the thermostat app so we could confidently use our new system. Their attention to detail and hard work truly stood out. We really were very pleased with the way our installation went.

We are very happy with the quality of the equipment, the installation, and the excellent warranty and maintenance package that comes with our purchase. We feel confident that our system will last for many years. We wish we would have done it sooner.

If we had one suggestion, it would be for On Time to provide more information about available rebates or tax incentives. Knowing those details might help customers make purchasing decisions more easily. But it was not a deterrent in any way.

We are extremely satisfied with On Time Home Services and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new heating and cooling system. They have the right people working for them and their customer service is always above and beyond.
