We needed a new garbage disposal installed and Julien was the installer. What a gem! Kind, polite, knowledgeable, answered all our questions without hesitation. What a wonderful and cool young man. I highly recommend this company because of this service person!!

Julian installed 80 ft. Of copper pipe and unplugged my toilet. He did an excellent job and was very respectful and friendly. He explained the work he was doing and confirmed with me a few times to make sure we were on the same page. I greatly appreciate the work he did.

Good company, they installed my central heat pump and worked with me to get a custom, central multi zone system installed. I've had good experiences with their techs that have come out to do regular system check ups as well, most recently Tony came out and was professional and checked everything. Sue promptly scheduled the appointment and On Time Home Services arrived at my home on time. Carlos was excellent. He helped me set up my new Google Nest thermostat and helped with the app. I thought the service fee was reasonable, and then offered me their annual service for also a very reasonable fee. What a pleasant experience it was.
