Website did not make it easy to speak with this company. When I finally found a way to leave a message, it has been several weeks and my call still hasn't been returned.

These guys came out and correctly diagnosed my grill. The service crew is great and you can tell they take great pride

I had a great experience and the work that was done was amazing and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The guys that came and did the work were very nice and respectful.

They did a good job cleaning my gas grill. They did not clean up that well after themselves though. Still, i would use them again.

They were so nice and honest. Came to clean my grill and pointed out that it was in such bad shape it probably didn't pay to get it cleaned.
Did not charge me for the service call either.

Filthy grill is amazing highly recommend. They came in and deep cleaned my barbecue.On top of that I couldn’t get it my barbecue started to do to a burner not working. They where fast and responsive with the repair. Staff was super friendly. People get your grills clean

Im in dispute with this company. Didn't do anything they promised. Over charged and didn't fix what they "added on". Swindled my roommate cause I wasn't here. Damaged my Viking grill. Had to replace parts. Caused me alot more in damages. So unprofessional wouldn't return calls before and after all of this.
Run! Sprint away from this company! Find another business to use!

I had an appointment set up with Filthy grill. They called the day before and gave me a 2 hour window. After the third hour of waiting I decided to call. They told me that the tech couldn’t finish the job. Interesting that they never showed up or called me! I would never recommend these people! Terrible. Zero Stars!

I was going to have to replace my grill, with 5 kids and BBQing every week, my grill was toast. I have a nice set up and it cost me several thousands of dollars. To replace it was going to cost a fortune. I was recommended to Filthy Grill and they came out and cleaned and restored my entire BBQ and its just like new. I would highly recommend these folks they will save you TONS!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are trying extort me 4 months later for $125. They came to give us an estimate that was 150$ more than the grill was worth new. Than owner said she could sell us a new one but never returned my phone call. What a joke ran company. Funny we wanted to use them cause they are also in Newbury Park but I 100% do not recommend. Run away and don't look back

Best grill cleaning service. At first I was shocked by the quote for the cleaning but when I saw the end result it was way worth the investment. Very satisfied with how well they cleaned my grill. I thought it would never look that clean again. Two technicians came out and I didn't even have to be at home. The office was very accommodating and they guarantee their work. I have already recommended them to all my friends and family. Will be calling Filthy Grill again for a cleaning in 6 months.

Called, got a return call later that day, they were busy but able to book me within a few weeks. Came out on time, cleaned and repaired the starter on my bbq.

Very satisfied with the service and price, would use them again and have recommended them to a few friends who were also very happy. Another friend has been using them for years, and while they are very busy, definitely worth the wait.
